As a registered Company proposing an investment in a state, you only have to walk up to State Ministry of Land , local government and Chieftaincy Affiars and they would allocate plots for you to build your business for a price,

Even as an indegene if you like goto court from high court to supreme court, highest you would get is compensation, except you have an existing Certificate of Occupancy
