From my calculations I got if 10billion dollars is shared between 170million people ( 10,000,000,000 ÷ 170,000,000 = 58.82 USD) thus it will be 58.82 x 400( present exchange rate) = 23,520 Naira for Each Nigerian. So pls do your maths well before you post. Thank you
