mandax: Hopefully, some groups outside the Igbo in the old eastern region are getting more of the truth about who was up to recolonize the smaller ethnic groups in the old eastern region.
If the Supreme court had not weighed in, Abokis-controlled APC would have collected all the oil producing states in the old eastern region, and thus find it most easy to remove the 13% paid for derivation which Abokiis have been planning to remove.
Abokiis have been complaining that the 13% derivation payment makes some states richer than others.
Abokiis claim that oil-rich states, like Rivers, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, must be made to develop on the same pace with say, Bauchi, Yobe, Sokoto states. alright sir, APC is actually a Yoruba vision, hence a Yoruba party, hausa's only joined because they saw it as an opportunity to get power back. If tinubu keeps detecting everything in the party by 2019, Hausas will form a new Party form allies SS/SE watch and see |

Go and check your records, the state is just few years old but better than states created in 1960's We have not arrived, we are getting there, we have not had it this good since 1999, and it is evident, don't corrupt akwa ibom with your lies and propaganda return to your Westland |

Its 0level calm down, it is stage by stage, we needed the infrastructure to attract investors, the next stage is here, human development and industrialization. keep your ears on ground, go out, network, develop yourself, acquire skills, opportunities are knocking soon. Career › Re: Why I Refused To Confirm Four Trainees After Their Assessment Centre. by Teddeebear: 10:42am On Feb 04, 2016 |
Marxxx: I received a call from the Hr unit that they are sending 5 Trainees to me for confirmation. I was surprised because they didn't give me a prior notice. When I Queried the lady from the Hr unit she said the Senior Partner (HOD) contacted them that he will travelling to the UK that I can go ahead with the confirmation.
I was a bit nervous because I find it difficult relating with people, what do I ask them? Moreover I have too much on my hands already. I told Hr to give me an hour so that I can coordinate myself ....The truth is if you confirm a trainee and He/she under performs, it tells badly on your record. Here I am always striving to maintain a spotless record now this challenge doesn't look good.
Exactly an hour later Hr unit called again that they are on their way, I told her to take them to the conference room.....30mins later I joined them Lo and Behold I saw 5 well dressed gentlemen and ladies 3 guys and 2 ladies. I stared at them and they were looking back at me (which kind witch be this I said to myself) They thought I was testing them truth is I don't even know what to say or ask....."tell me your names I started".....after all the blah blah.....i went through their cv's it was good. 3 had first class. it was B.A trainee, I looked at their aptitude test performances read their essays great; yet I didn't know what further qstns to ask. So I wrote down a simple arithmetic on the board and I gave them 90s to solve. Only one got it right within the time frame (A lady!!!!; she bagged First class from Reading University UK). I thanked them for their interest in joining us. I sent my remarks to Hr and they were shocked. Hr Manager had to call me explaining that they have spent so such on the recruitment exercise and approving just one means they have to continue the exercise. I simply told him Mr ***a** you can confirm the rest.
This was the simple problem I wrote on the board.
€/€ - €/6 = €/12......what is the value of €?
So I am asking you, how good are you with basic reasoning? what you did is pure wickedness, you may think you are smart. but you are being wicked to yourself, the younger generation and your company. firstly, i want to believe these applicants did aptitude test, bringing this up at this stage would have made sense if you wanted to pick just one person. Seems you don't know what it takes to organize recruitment. if it was my coy, you will be fired. Exams has never been the true taste of knowledge, if you are really an hr, you should know this. Further more, that kind of question at this stage of recruitment can unsettle anyone. I'll stop here, i have better things to attend to, repent or you will reap what you sow, don't think that those who graduated with first class are fools if that was what you wanted to proof. |

Politics › Re: Supreme Court Today Signed The Death Warrant Of Nigerians Come 2019 by Teddeebear: 9:13am On Feb 04, 2016 |
bappahman: A politician on VOA just said that the supreme Court ruling proves beyond doubt that card readers are no longer relevant nd it's now business as usual. see your problem, your follow politicians instead of thinking for yourself. sorry you don't know anything about law. first of all, the judges work with evidence, if you can't prove your case, you will lose, judges don't depend on newspaper reports or report from TV stations owned by politicians, you must prove your case. Our problem is that we believe everything we read from newspapers which are most times exaggerated or written to suit the owner of the publishing house. secondly, Tribunal and appeal courts were being manipulated and their judgments were full of errors. Thirdly, Supreme court gave Amobode his mandate on similar grounds as Wike, Udom et al, if they diverted from their first ruling for Lagos state, it would have been contradictions of laws Fourthly, the use of voters card in not in Nigerian constitution, it was just INEC's guidelines for elections. finally, Jega himself permitted manual register, go and do your research. Also so Even Jega gave a pass to Rivers state elections. I watched it live. |
