University Students ‘Made To Wear
Anti-Cheating Helmets’

Students in Thailand appear to have been forced to
wear
helmets to prevent them from cheating during exams.
Photographs posted to a Bangkok’s Kasetsart
University
alumni Facebook page appears to show students
wearing
a “helmet”, which consist of a piece of paper wrapped
around the head and pieces of paper stapled to
either
side.
Kasetsart University is a public university, ranked
one of the best in Thailand and with a focus on agriculture,
food, technology and innovation.
The low-tech anti-cheating helmet invention
doesn’t look
sophisticated, but would function like horse
blinkers and prevent wearers from glancing to the side which
should
prevent any sneaky peeks at neighbours’ answers.
And it seems the anti-cheating helmet has caught
on,
with Weerachai Phutdhawong, a University of Agricultural Sciences associate professor, posting
photos
of several versions on Facebook.
One design resembles a cardboard box, with a hole
cut
out for the neck and one side removed, so that wearers
can see.
But another version has only a small slit cut out for
the
eyes, to limit vision even further.
In February this year, the Thai Education Ministry on Wednesday asked the Department of Special
Investigation to investigate suspected cheating in
its
teacher recruitment examination.
And a claim of widespread cheating in a national
police exam was alsoinvestigated by the Royal Thai Police

I didn't say that. It means your employment visa can be processed while you are still very much in Dubai after getting the employment visa then you can exit airport to airport just to get the exit and entry stamp on your passport.

Usually those who are on tourist visas should exit to their home country and you can’t extend the tourist visa. It's either 1month or 3months

Either you process 30 days (short term) or 90 days (long term) tourist visa.

It is not required to exit on VISIT visa. Also Note that Tourist visa is not same as visit visa.

Your relatives/friends can apply for VISIT Visa. Tourist visa is applied through Travel Agencies/Airlines.

If you come on visit visa, you don’t have to exit UAE if you get a job while for Tourist visa you MUST exit.

You can also convert from VISIT VISA to Student visa.

Yesterday, EFCC arraigned Ebiechina Chikeluba
( aka Lisa T. Jackson) before Justice O. A Ipaye of
the High Court of Lagos State, Ikeja on a 17-count
charge bordering on obtaining money by false
pretence, personation, forgery and using false
document. Chikeluba who met his victim on Facebook using the false identity of, Lisa T. Jackson,
a United States citizen, has been making monetary
demands of his victims, using varies guises. In one such instance in March 2013, he obtained a
total sum of £54,324.59 (Fifty Four Thousand,
Three Hundred and Twenty Four Pounds, Fifty Nine
Pence) from one K. Oaks through Western Union on
the pretext that he was an American woman
dealing in Gold in Nigeria and needed money to increase her capital. The unsuspecting victim paid, having already
agreed to marry the conman. When the charges
were read to the defendant, he pleaded not guilty.
In view of the plea of the accused, prosecution
counsel, Andrew Akoja asked for a trial date and
prayed the court to remand the defendant in prison custody. The defence counsel, Chijioke Agu
informed the court that he has already filed an
application for bail and asked to be allowed to
move his application. However, Justice Ipaye adjourned the matter to July
20, 2015 for hearing of bail application and
ordered that the defendant be remanded in
custody. Chikeluba, 21, a student of Federal Science
and Technical College Yaba, Lagos was arrested by
the operatives of the EFCC on February 24, 2015 for allegedly swindling Oake, a UK citizen, of the sum of
£54,000 (equivalent of N20m)
