A lecturer was also scammed of hundreds of thousands by someone who claims to be his former student and wants to reciprocate his gesture. The lecturer fell flat. The scamming thing no know any level. Make God just help us.

Reminds me how my first phone was stolen. I was cooking in another room in the hostel since my room had electrical socket issue. i was alone in the room. So, i go check my food and return. After a while i serched for my phone and could not get it. When I called my line it was switched off. Student ooooo!

The Diploma obtained is today equivalent to a masters degree. The US war college was not issuing Master degrees in 1980.

Can you confirm to us if it issues masters now? Lets use this medium to enlighten ourselves. It cant be equated. It can only add up for some sort of credit maybe towards a bachelors!!!!! That's how courses like this are scored abroad.
