Politics › Re: Garba Shehu: Akeredolu Cannot Unilaterally Oust Herders In Ondo State by Teedol: 9:38am On Jan 20, 2021 |
MASTAkiLLAh: https://tribuneonlineng.com/akeredolu-cannot-unilaterally-oust-herders-in-ondo-%e2%80%95-presuidency/amp/ I beg to differ Mr. Garba Shehu, Gov. Akeredolu has all the right to evict unwanted visitors from his state. All the land in the state belongs to the government, community or individuals, if the Herdsmen wants to graze their cattle then they need to buy/lease a percel of land, they can't just move around and clear some place in the forest and call it their place. For example I want to start a cocoa or palm plantation, will I just go into the bush or forest and clear some hectres and start planting? The Northerners should stop all these foolishness already. |

Politics › Re: Inflation: FG Exempts Minimum Wage Earners From Tax by Teedol: 7:01am On Nov 24, 2020 |
Originalsly: Minimum wage earners should not be taxed in the first place but.... never too late to do the right thing. How will the FG make up for this loss in revenue? Shouldn't it be by increasing taxes on the rich? To make matters worse... reducing import duties on cars to 5%.... another loss of revenue. How will this help the economy or in the development of the country? Transportation?... and the road infrastructure is presently inadequate and in shambles? .. then to add competition to the local auto industry that's trying to get on its feet? We will buy locally assembled cars.... from Peugeot?.. and other foreign companies?...or Innoson and other native Nigerian companies? You're losing revenue... but promising to buy cars... where is this money coming from? If anything... duties need to be increased on cars and reduced on buses... trucks and other commercial vehicles as well as agricultural vehicles and machinery. How can the duties on these vehicles to boost the economy be double that of cars which are a burden? I really don't know how people see this as a good development. First, by reducing the import duties, we would have people buying more cheap imported cars, having a car in some cities and even villages is a necessity since we lack very good public transportation system, the volume of PMS consumed will increase which equals more vat, car dealers will also make more cash and govt would get more vat from these. 2nd, all our locally assembled cars in a year is less than 14thousand, while we need about 720k units every year, so car manufacturers should up their game if they want to be taking serious. |

Politics › Re: BREAKING: AlphaBeta MD Dapo Apara Blows Whistle Accuses Firm Of Money Laundering by Teedol: 9:31am On Sep 07, 2018 |
Just imagine the level of hatred for Tinubu just because he is doing fine and has been able to turn APC to a leading party. Lets look at this allegations critically... Alphabeta consults for Lagos state since 2002, it generated 1.5thrillion and got paid its fees of 1.5billion. Their is no sin in this. We know some states Govs and former presidents that share billions without working for it. Even Dasuki shared 2.1b dollars to mention a few. The only news here is for EFCC to find out if tax was not payed on the 1.5b naira made by alphabeta. KPMG and co consults too for Nigeria and other nations and take their 10% or more and repertrate such. Mmlanrehh: OM world am crushed ... This is wickedness . Lord God what have we as people done to deserve this kind of leaders. Nigeria Needs help. The international community will be watching Buhari now . I weep for this part of the world
Feeling disheartened TheKingIsHere: Thiefnnubu has stolen all the money via Alphabeta TheKingIsHere: Imagine!!
After generating N1.5trn all these money is missing all thanks to thiefnubbu the criminal.
This is the same tinubu that all Yoruba's worship. |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: 48,000 Apply For 2,000 Jobs In Ekiti by Teedol: 10:14am On Aug 30, 2018 |
Esseite: Who is providing the 2000 jobs? If there were better jobs nationally, would 48k apply for state job of less than 70k? How many jobs has the federal govt provided? What job pays better? Ekiti state jobs or Npower? Why didnt states have this issue as at 2014 Are they not part of the 15m job loss in 3 years?
Please speak the truth when you see it. The problem has always been their for years ever since the inception of our so called democracy in "99. Their are no jobs in Ekiti and Ondo states. Petrol attendants, hotel maids, and petty trading is the order of the day, every other persons are state and local govt staff. |
