I am nt against your idea..it is good..
I am a product of low cost schooling.
Wat I am trying to pull out here is dat
Is the government ready to refurbish,build more schools to cope wif d demand.

Low cost schools help d parents more dan d employer of labour,is it d fishmonger dat makes less dan 1 dollar a day n also wants her child to have quality education,which she knows she can get frm public schools,b hapi abt increment in fees of her ward,when her income has nt been increased.

Are the public schools ready to accept d new intake of students...not only teachers is needed in public schools..they hav teachers wif higher qualifications bt with no moral responsiblity.
Increasing d fees of low cost schools defeats d idea of low cost schools..parents dat enjoy d low cost n still get d same type of education dat schools on d island give will suffer d brunt cus there income doesn't improve

1. By paying the religion leaders that means the government would be able to regulate his activity. A Pastor/Imam can not just wake up from wrong side of his bed preaching hate message. The message would have to be channeled through some recognized body who are going to vet it and release it to the public.
