I never called ozo a simp. If you read my comment well you will see that I was trying to explain to the person that said simp means a foolish person which is right.

But I think as regards Ozo's case they call him a simp because he does too much for nengi who isn't even giving him green light, yet he still follows her everywhere as if there is still hope of anything romantic happening between them.
