I'm greedy these days but it's for my good. I begin my search with 100k as minimum then keep dropping until I get to 1k. Lowest for me these days is 500. If I don't find any I leave it and try the next day if I must pick from ED. Though there are very rare cases where I go down. It doesn't guarantee anything but just to give yourself a chance.

Please.....when doing a keyword search, do you search with the service only (mortgage//services) or you search with the entire domain keywords (Philadelphia//mortgage//services)

But covid made me realize if I start outbound from 1pm to 7pm the response rate would be higher and I was closing more deals. By 7pm I was just in time to compete in the drops from expireddomains .net. These little things made me realise all the knowledge I gathered from this thread were valuable, I just never really had the time and opportunity to put them into practice this it influenced my decision to resign in June last year and I went full time into domains. Since then I've just had 3 months without sales but other months cover up for it if you know learn money management

What to do when after accepting an offer on Dan, the buyer is yet to make payment 3 days later.
Dan even sent a payment reminder yesterday.

I've messaged support twice since then....not reply.

I stumbled on this page around August. Started the knowledge gathering process from page one.

I registered my first name Nov 14, but made the newbie error of misspelling the city. I was notified of the error by an end user during follow up.

I started afresh and registed two new names on December 14. Got leads from Opistorincos and outbounded the next day.

I did a follow-up on 21st and got two offers for $75 and $150. Wanted to reject both.....then came online and saw someone report a sale of $100. I was like...... if my elders on this thread can sell for $100, who's a bloody newbie like me to say no?

So i accepted the$150 offer and the end-user bought immediately.

I then went and registered the singular of the same domain, which I'll use for further follow up.
