The pains subsided after the injection and everything went back to normal. At 34 weeks, I saw blood stain and was advised to go to the clinic whichh i did, I was checked and they said all was well but was asked to go for scan which I did the next day. The scan was done and was told everything was alright in there and my Edd was 24th of April.

On the 30th of March while taking my bath, i noticed some liquid came out of my body but assumed it was urine. After bathing, I bent down to wash my down below cos the discharge was too much that morning, I tried to dip my finger into my vagina to at least clean the area. While doing this, I noticed the discharge was sticky like cattarh, I quickly wash up and dried my body and was about to go out of the bathroom when something just told me to look down and there i saw the "show" on the floor. I wrapped it up in tissue and headed straight to the clinic with it(my pant was getting wet and had to use tissue)
I was checked but was told the cervix was still closed, I was told not to bother myself about anything since my all my edd was April ending, one of the scan gave me May 5 sef, they gave me cotton wool and told me to come back by evening if the water continues. I went back home to finish my chores before going out again but went back home early cos my pant was wet.
I waited for my husband to come back in the evening before going to the clinic and was checked again but yet the cervix was still closed, I was asjed if I was feeling any pain which I said no and we were asked to go back home and come back if anything changes.
The water kept on coming all through the night with little irregular pains (while all these was happening, i was begging God not to allow me give birth now cos i was just 36weeks and 6 days gone)
The next morning I called the matron to explain situation of things and she told me to come right away, I went and still nothing yet, my husband called her from work to admit me so I'll be properly monitored but I insisted that I'm alright and went back home. I bought food on my way home, ate and slept off with the pains.
By 2pm, I got up, took bike and went out to get some stuffs, by the time i got back around 3_4pm the pains was back to back all thanks to the aboki bike man(I still didn't believe baby was about to come with all the pains) by 5pm the contraction was 5minutes apart, i called the matron, she said I should start coming by 8pm. I went to the kitchen to prepare dinner with water gushing out at each contraction, I finished up and ate at the middle of each contraction.
My hubby came in past 7pm, I didn't tell him how I was feeling, he took his bath and ate. It was after he finished eating that I told him what was happening and he started shaking like jellyfish, I told him all was well and we headed to the hospital. We got to the hospital some minutes to 9p.m. I was checked and was told that I was 2cm gone but the cervix was thick so I was given drip and then I started vomiting, I vomited at each contraction.
By some minutes to 12a.m. I called them to come check me but they refused saying I still have long way to go and they don't want to be dipping their hands inside me anyhow. By 11:50pm i shouted that I wanted to poop, that was when they now checked and I was quickly rushed to the labour room.
By 12:10a.m. I pushed after I've been cut and my princess popped out, few minutes after, the placenta came out and the stitching began. My baby gave me tear while coming out plus the one given to me by the matron. In all, I return all glory back to God.

I thought I'll be back by 2023 before, but with the look of things and the pains i experienced, I hereby hang my boot till only God knows when.

I got married in June 2020 and my prayers to God was to get pregnant before my birthday by August. A week after my wedding came my period and then expected ovulation to take place which i noticed didn't take place, I was surprised and had to call my sister to explain situation of things and she told me I might have ovulated without me knowing. Well, I let it slide and hope I already did and continued my medication (I have been taking folic acid, vitamin E and C like 2months ahead of my wedding)
By July 17th, my period shows up again, I felt sad cos i thought I was having pregnancy symptoms (imagination) I told my husband it could be implantation bleeding and hopefully it will stop by evening but it ends up not stopping. My sister called me that she saw it somewhere on a Facebook group that okro can be used to aid ovulation so i should get okro and cut into smaller pieces and soak it inside water overnight and drink it first thing the next morning for three days ( I can't remember the measurements and the right time to take it; it was either three days after my period or next day after the period)
By July 31st, which was salah day, i had this nauseous feeling that I almost vomited, I was surprised cos I believed it was too early to start feeling any pregnant symptoms. Few days later, my husband started complaining of me having high temperature always especially at nights, four days to my next period i noticed my mouth is always full of saliva and my sister said all these might be sign of pregnancy. A day to my next period I got the pregnancy strip, woke up very early (God knows I didn't sleep all through that night) sneaked into the bathroom to do the test cos i didn't want my husband to know( i didn't want to raise his hopes high) I did the test and it came out positive.

Pregnancy journey
The journey was a smooth ride, no serious morning sickness, except for little weaknesses in the morning and loss of appetite and some funny feelings that comes anytime of the day.
My hubby wanted me to start anti natal immediately but i refused and waited till i was eleven weeks due to pressure from my husband. I didn't go back to the clinic till i was 16 weeks gone where i was asked to run some tests and scan. Everything was going on well, in fact, i was glowing, strong, energetic. People didn't even know i was pregnant cos my belly was not really showing.
By 24 weeks i started feeling stomach ache/backache and i thought it was pile cos it was during festive period i thought I had too much soft drinks to take. I was asked to take scent leaf since I couldn't take herbs, i took it religiously but the pains did not subside, the pains was so much that we couldn't go to church on new year's eve.
Long story short, I was given injection and i felt relieved(I never knew the pains was called contraction)

I don't even understand again, what's with this antimalaria drugs and jaundice am seeing here and there? I'm in my 35th week now and I've not been given any anti malaria drugs in my clinic and I don't feel any malaria symptoms. The only drugs asides the routine drugs given at my clinic is Sunday Sunday tablet which sometimes I don't remember to collect, but we're being told that it prevents jaundice.

We're doing great by the grace of God. pelvic pain is Especially when walking and the frequent peeing too is not left out.

I noticed blood stain when I wiped after peeing yesterday morning and I thought I over did it but after some minutes that I checked back, I saw little blood stain in my pant. I changed and waited and kept on checking, wiped after peeing to see if anything changes but nothing happened since then. Though, I was forced to go to the hospital by my husband in the afternoon to complain and all they did was check my blood pressure and listen to the baby's heartbeat which they confirmed was perfect and then check my cervix and was asked to go for scan since the cervix was still closed, I jejely went back to my house.
Though, I'll be going for scan this morning

We are fine o teamie. Getting closer and closer by the day. All glory to God.

1st round of shopping done. Will finish off by month end and prepare baby's room by God's grace.

I'm 90% done shopping, hopefully to round up 1st week in April after doing the next scan, that is if my LO decided to pity me and let me catch a glimpse of his or her genitals. Four scan done already but the sex not visible, my LO is the master of hide and seek game.
