When I discovered that I was pregnant, I wasn't happy about it cos I wasn't ready to have another child as my first child was only a year and 2months old but my husband was happy and he tagged me an ungrateful soul but I careless. I wished and hoped to lose the pregnancy at early stage, but God is not a man

The journey was a smooth one until it got to 34th week and I started having contractions coupled with fibroad degeneration. I went to the hospital and was placed on injections to stop the contractions, it stopped for a while but came back with full force the following week and I had to manage the pain since the cervix was still closed.
The contractions was on and off till 40th week. By 41 weeks, which was 20th march, my tired was already tired. I told my husband I was going to the bank after dropping my daughter at school, that was how I trekked 45mins to the bank and also trekked back. While I was on the journey, the contraction was coming back to back (15mins apart)
I picked my daughter up from school and took her to salon to make her hair, then to my friend's place opposite the salon before finally heading home, by this time the contraction was getting intense (5mins apart)
I took my bath and arranged the house while I waited for my husband to come back. Not long after, he came back with soup ingredients and was making mouth about how he wants to make a badass ogbono for me, I just told him to forget about that and help me prepare noodles for our daughter so we can head to the hospital, he did that in a rush while I soak garri with cold water.
We got to the hospital some minutes past 8pm, I got checked and was told it was just finger tip, by 11:15 I started having the urge to push and called the matron attention to it, they didn't believe me because I wasn't dramatizing, by the time the matron checked me the baby's head was visible, with just 2 pushes, the baby was out weighing 3.6kg and I was stitched up cos I had tear(that was when people knew someone was in labor because I didn't shout throughout the process.


I've finally thrown the boot into the lake of fire like a Mama stated here earlier.

I went for scan yesterday,was measuring 2 weeks ahead with a 2.7kg baby and it's not as if I eat too much o.my tired is tired honestly. All I know is it shall end in praise for us all.

Still very much on the matter. I called DSVRT but am yet to get any feedback from them probably because the location where it happened is outside Lagos but am still trying my best in other ways to rescue the girl.
The witch and the slowpoke husband are now trying to change the story. The husband now claims he's the one that that did that to the girl which is a big lie.
The woman has been going around begging people involved not to get her husband arrested cos she she would soon put to bed, but yet still threatening to kill the girl in igbo language cos the people around doesn't understand the language, it was when they were about to leave that the girl pleaded with the people not to allow her follow the woman translating what she said.

Please I need help, I seriously do not know where to go to or what to do to help this little girl. She was brought late last night to my sister's shop (chemist)for dressing of the wounds which the father said was as a result of hot water but the little girl said it was the step mum that used hot pressing iron on her body because she didn't tell her about the water she asked her to boil.
Note; this is not the first time she's been brought to the chemist. Sometimes back,she was brought by her father with a bleeding head which the girl said it was the step mum that hit spatula on her head.
Help save this little girl please

Mama please discontinue the use of tribotan since the rash has gone.I heard from a group that it's for treatment not to be used as cream. Have been bathing my baby too with red flower I add little to his water every morning and his body is rash free

Thank God I saw this post now, was about to go and get tribotan for my baby now. I just like the effects on my baby's skin

u can try using a breast pump to bring out the nipple then force ur baby to suck from it little by little till it comes out ..same thing m facing now bt things have improved barely 3days

That's what I've been using from day one, in short, I'm having sore nipples now due to too much pumping. The nipples are long enough to latch on, she's just not opening her mouth wide enough to take in both the areola and nipple together, she latches on the nipple alone which makes it painful and gives the nipple irregular shape

Mama...my nipple is too big and flat to enter my baby mouth o. It was not like this with my first. Was it because I didn't do bipple therapy throughout pregnancy

Same problem I'm facing, nipple too big and my baby's mouth is so small and refuse to open her mouth wide enough for it to go in. Sometimes, I tried forcing it in her mouth but she get chokes. All I do is to express or give her formula.

Our prince charming made his grand entrance this morning at about 1:05am weighing 2.7kg with minor tears.
Labour took about 3hours.
EDD May 11, 2021... DOB April 24, 2021.
I wish my fellow teamies easy peasy delivery.
