Compressor is frozen solid

New compressor
Dryer receiver
Expansion valve
Possible new discharge pipes
Preferably new condenser.

Finally changed d compressor and dryer reciever..it worked well for some days.. But today it started giving inconsistent temperature.. Sometimes cool sometimes hot. You knoe normally when the ac is running the compressor goes on and off..but this time, instead of the Compressor to go on and off consistently nd effectively, the compressor goes off for an unsually long time, making it blow warm air.. It can now come on later o, after a long while.. Which is not meant to b..it happens mostly during the hot weather, altho it happens sumtyms too wen cool..pls help nd advice

@gazzuz i drive a nissan almera 1999. D ac used to work perfectly since i bought it until some days ago, i put on d ac and ut hooks d engine till it goes off.. I noticed if i put it on nd d compressor tries to roll, it makes d engine stop thru stopping d fan belt.. Then i tried to check d gas pipe, pining it with an object to check there was gas there, to my surprise a black watery substance was coming out.. My kazeem says i need a new compressor.. Just want to confirm whats up sir..

Very good car..but a fuel guzzler.

Even at 1.4 its still quite cheap to me..

Actually overspeeding takes more fuel.. I tested this before..I drive a nissan almera 97.. Normally lagos to abeokuta takes me like 1k fuel (when nigeria was still good)...but a mnth back it took me abt 1500 petrol or more, cos I was on 140km mostly..unlike wen m doing 100/110..

Whateva is worth buying is worth buying well..to avoid stories later, its advisable to avoid buying cars with story story issues..

Wat brand and year

My first car, nisaan almera 1997..very strong, relaible durable n easy to maintain..neva had any major problem watsoever..

If d interior is boring, u can love-vendor it I guess..

Sincerely m very skeptical about the second hand value nd d reliability if this car..esp when it gets to about 4 years old..v nt still.seen any reason to buy this car nd not buy d tokunboh ones..Sincerely..innoson has to tell us nd show us what this car is all about..

I live in ogun state nd I drive one too..its also d main car used for taxis here..mine js colour blue nd very neat..nobody has ever stopped me..the car is also very reliable nd economical...its has neva disappointed, altho I maintain it very well..its easy to maintain

I just finished watching Hotel Rwanda, a movie based on the 1994 Rwandan civil, ethnic war nd genocide..nd I also rmbrd d biafran war (1967-70), I noticed something. The end up being presidents/ministers etc, while dose dat really sufferd in d war end up with nothing, continue with poverty nd gain nothing!..
There v been renewed calls for a biafran nation lately, futher fueled by d loss of the south east in d new political landscape..nd sumtimes I wonder..
1. How many of dese so call advocators of biafra are willing to face d struggles dat come with seccession
2. Wat does d south east in itsekf hav, in terms of infrastructure, socio economic development dat makes it think it can stand on its own? Even if its agriculture, whr is r a infrastructures nd networks for this? Cant it sustain? If so, y den establish all ur businesses in lagos nd spend d same money on urselves nd nt ur society?

I just got my Matriculation Number. It was sent through mail. I Guess now I can say I am a Postgraduate student of UI. I am yet to finish my course registration though.

How long after payment did u get a matric number?
