I ask because I have a cousin who was being helped by one of NCS zonal heads to get in as at 2016. It was a paid for job, he paid 1/3 of total money, to pay the rest when he collect appointment letter. He was sent e-mails and text by NCS in preparation for collection of Appointment letter and going for training as at early 2017.
Suddenly info stopped coming and the officer who was helping kept telling him to hold on. Now she does not have anything to say and is promising to refund money collected, until something happens.
So I want to know if there has been new intakes or training since 2016.

The email used by NCS was it a gmail account or .RU?

NCS don't announce recruitment it is always underground.
