The region of Calabria plans to offer up to €28,000 ($33,000) over a maximum of three years to people willing to relocate to sleepy villages with barely 2,000 inhabitants in the hope of reversing years of population decline.
These include locations near the sea, or on mountainsides, or both.
This isn't money for nothing, however. In order to get the funds, new residents must also commit to kickstarting a small business, either from scratch or by taking up preexisting offers of specific professionals wanted by the towns.
There are a few other catches too.
Applicants must take up residency and -- sorry boomers -- be a maximum of 40 years old. They must be ready to relocate to Calabria within 90 days from their successful application.

Students of tertiary institutions in Ondo State have called on Governor Rotimi Akeredolu to reduce the hike in tuition fees in government-owned schools in the state.


The students said the situation had forced many of them to drop out of school.

In a statement by Akinteye Babatunde, NANS JCC Ondo Axis, and Kikiowo Ayode, President of National Association of Ondo State Students, the students decried the deteriorating state of building on campuses of various academic institutions in the state, adding that it was affecting learning.


The statement reads, "The plight of students under the present government has increased astronomically

"The governor since assumption of office increased tuition fee from an average of N30,000 to N150,000 in Akungba and from N70,000 to N150,000 and even N200,000 in Osustech.

"We unequivocally demand the reversal of tuition fees increased.

"This has led to thousands of students dropping out of various academic pursuits."

Do not allow it to go off by itself cos it weakens the battery.

Equivalent load on inverter to Gen should be: i better pass = 1.5KVA inverter + 1 battery.

so do the maths in adding load to ur inverter.

its good, efficient, no-noise, cheaper (on the long run), but you must have a generator before u can get an inverter cos u cannot rely on NEPA to charge ur inverter even though NEPA charges it faster.

Cost: 1.5KVA (N25,000) + 1 battery (30,000) + installation (7,500) = N62,500.

The summary is this: I want to further my studies in CSU (Masters). I will be 38 this year. I had 4.1 CGPA in my first degree. Do I stand a chance? If yes, what’s next.

At CSU: we recently signed agreements with a university in Paris that will also issue certificate after completion at CSU, hence the graduate will be able to obtain double degree. Please take note, we are still on the verge of completing the requirements cos this will involve some changes in our curriculum.

You will need job that will issue you work permit for you to stay Legally after graduation.
