loneliness can strike anybody,anywhere,anytime.it has no regards for riches or fame.it is a feeling of emptiness.Loneliness affects a person attitude,relationships,outlook on life&physical health.                                      
           To deal with loneliness;stay intouch with others(loved ones,friends&aquaintance).Get involved no matter where u live or what ur interest or skills may be,there are people who need ur help.Remember u will reap what u sow into the lives of others.    Develop new dreams;Dreams give hope&spark to life.Find new things to achieve.   Eat properly;improper diet or low blood sugar can magnify negative feelings.   Focus on the good things dat ve happened and are happenning in ur life. Lastly, remember God.U are never alone because God loves u.

To deal with loneliness,stay in touch with others.Make a list of loved ones,friends and acquaintances.Make it a point to contact them regularly.Eat properly,Rest.Focus on the good things that ve happened and are happening in ur life and pray to God.

Heyahhh ,Only few people can get to knw ur problem(looking for a wifey)on Nairaland.U need to make a loud shoutout to all nigerians like'OLU MAINTAIN'.

A deep and wonderful relationship between a guy & a lady should always begin with friendship.I think everywoman wants;Someone to laugh with(who can spend quality time with them),someone to share ur fears&emotions with,someone who ll praise,pamper&cherish them not with slap&blows.

It is wrong to search for love with someone who does not love u back.Love that flows frm one direction is never enough to sustain a meaningful relationship.Love must be reciprocal to be meaningful.Two people may profess to each other but still have different ideas of what they are talking abt.We ve ROMANTIC LOVE,THE LOVE OF FRIENDSHIP,COVENANT LOVE.To cut the long story short my sister,a true relationship cannot be founded only on romantic love.it need to be founded on carefully developed intimacy.

Note that love can make or break u,so u nid to be very careful when interpreting ur feelings.Take care

with time,u ll get to knw more about relationship.Face ur studies,read ur bible and pray to God for wisdom,knowlegde and understanding.take care.

Heart-Broken, if u ve been hurt or betryed by somebody u trusted before,i want u to understand one thing;no matter man does to u ,God ll cause all things to work out for ur good.Focus on God.To err is human but to forgive is devine.witout God, it is impossible to let go of hurts&move on in life because ur emotions ll always rear up whenever u remember the person or incident.you ve to allow God to help u,let His joy be ur strength.
Note:The hurt feelings can be so intense that if we are not careful,everything else in our lives might grind to a halt.

Hellooooo! you have to be careful before taking any action.The period of courtship is the time to probe and discover the real person beneath the veil before making the final desicion.Try to talk to him but maintain a gracious,gentle & patient attitude instead of accusing him or becoming angry&defencing when he disagrees with you.Be patient&Handle everything with maturity(you can still make him love you more).Many lose out in life as a result of impatience.Never put up a fight with him .I Know the deepest hurts &pains are experience when someone you love&trust betrays that trust.But note that the greatest injustice a person who has been hurt can do to herself is to hold on to the hurt also when they let what others have done to them to determine who they become in life.WHAT MAKE THEM STAND OUT IS THEIR DECISION NOT TO LET ANYTHING HINDER THEIR FUTURE.Take care.
