gidgiddy: Under international law, you cannot arrest someone and take them to another without first holding an extradition hearing.
Arresting someone and taking them to another country without affording them due process is kidnapping
I wonder what Nigerians would say if Abba Kyari went Cameroon and he was arrested by Cameroon and taken to America where he is wanted, without giving Abba Kyari and judicial hearing Where was International Law when Kanu was giving ESN orders to kill cops? Lawyers will only eat Ipob's money, nothing will come out of it. |

femlad97: see this one, you think law is just ABC you learn in primary school..... You are making props guns without papers to do so from the authorities and u say make d guy sue police no b juju b dat You are calling licenses papers, you are very ignorant of what you're saying. Just like how I educated the other idiot, let me educate you too. You require a license from the NSA to IMPORT arms and you require a license from the CP of the state to OWN firearms. A toy gun is not a firearm and the Firearms Act does not extend to toy guns. Go and find out the meaning of firearm according to the Criminal code. For a crime to be complete, you have the Actus reus and Mens rea. In this instance, you don't require a license to produce prop guns. Stop opening mouth to talk rubbish. |

Where is his license from the authorities that gave him permission to manufacture and transport firearms?. That he procures fake guns for movie makers don't make him above the law. Your father who failed to educate you properly is the one who is daft, not me. Foolish blockhead. You require a license from the NSA to IMPORT arms and you require a license from the CP of the state to own arms. A toy gun is not a firearm. Idiko1: Shut up your putrid mouth. You and ilk just woke up to reality yet make the most noise. These are dumbass jackasses who sold southern Nigeria to northern region elites in 1967. For example, Anti Grazing Law has been in the legal books of Imo State since 2007 when Achike Udenwa was the governor. The same goes to other states in Igboland. Most fools in Nigeria have been running second fiddle to Oligarchy in northern region of Nigeria and suddenly woke up to the reality of anti-gazing bill. You are an idiot just like majority of your leaders in your useless region. If it has been in the legal books of Imo state, why has a single herdsman not been arrested or prosecuted in Imo state. I don't blame Igbo leaders who act like fools sometimes. They know blockheads like you are always defending their madness. Onuku, you better compel Courtdinma to do something about herdmen ravaging your ancestral land because if it comes down to making choices, Courtdinma would pick a single calf over your entire lineage. |

30naira: Aunty, no vex, but it's the gospel truth. I'm 28, have a decent job, earn around 250k a month. Getting a decent girl for a healthy relationship is hard, believe me I have tried. The ones you meet will expect you to compete with yahoo boys. Like I can comfortably take care of a woman, but I'm not going to buy a phone worth my 2 months salary, it makes zero sense to me. At the end I'm labeled 'stingy'. The average Nigerian lady, expecially the Gen Z and millinials want to date fraudsters, that's the simple truth. They don't care how the money comes, as long as you can buy iPhone. Stop dating hungry fools, date upwardly-mobile working class ladies. |

Angelfrost: That is where I really blame the leaders at state and national level...
There should be laws in place to check such greed among land and home owners. There ought to be rent caps across the nation depending on building costs, taxes, etc...
No landlord should arbitrarily increase rent because criminals are interested in the house. Before you can cap price of rent, you should cap price of cement, iron rod and other building materials. Can the government do that? |
