My people!!! God done show!!! Received my visa today. Thank God; I was so afraid because of the big blunder I made regarding the previous refusal question. Nah God oh!! Wishing more visa rain for everybody.

Thanks for the advice @Nchabuomo

On my subsequent applications, shall I answer yes to that question and list both UK and Cyprus since I now have clarity or will it be a continuity problem since I didn't list the UK before. Kindly advise for next time. Thanks again, y'all!!!
Congratulations,

The ECO must have known it is a mistake and ignore it but some ECO don't ignore it but lucky you. Be aware that every application is treated on what you present to them. Please be clearer next time and submit all documents, so don't stress your self so much. Include all the details in your application next time.

PoliticsRe: Rafiu Kolawole: Sunday Igboho Is A Rascal, Not Fit To Fight Yoruba Battle by Teslas: 4:50pm On Feb 22, 2021
It is quite unfortunate that some people will come on social media and make claims about a particular person.

Rafiu has benefited from the government of this country and perhaps, he is still benefiting so my question to him is, what has he done to help the Yoruba despite all his security knowledge and experiences? I guess nothing but was using his knowledge and experiences to guild the oppressors as well protect their families and when someone like Sunday (It doesn't matter whether he is educated or not, or even if he is a thug) tried to protect his people and community then it becomes a thug and criminal.

Mr. Rafiu, if you cannot use your knowledge and experiences for a good cause to protect the masses then don't castigate the person trying to protect the masses.

As for those regarding Rafiu to be Muslims, you cannot identify anyone with name and religion so he could be a Christians or Muslim irrespective of the name. There are so many Yoruba with Muslims' names and they are Christians.

Thanks a lot for your prompt response.

A valid visa grants you permission to travel to the US and request entry. CBP ultimately makes the decision whether or not to allow you in to the US. Some people who did not declare the intent to have childbirth in the US are allowed in by CBP. Some are not. If you are planning to have a baby in the US and you did not previously disclose that intent to a VO, you have two options. Your first option, and my recommendation, is to apply for a new visa without using dropbox, have an interview, and disclose your current intent to have childbirth in the US during the interview. This is the safest option, as your intent will then be documented in the system, and you are much less likely to be turned away at the Port of Entry while heavily pregnant after the expense and the long flight to the US. Your second option is to continue with the visa that you have, and bring all the necessary documents to the Port of Entry, and hope for the best.

I want to emphasize this point, as I see it being discussed here often. Sending a "change of intent letter" has no effect. It does not go into the file or into the casenotes, it does not get to CBP in any way. The only way to ensure that your changed intent is documented is to apply for a new visa and have a new interview.[/quote]

Hi Lagos NIV and Abuja NIV.

I have two years US tourist visa with my family but my wife is pregnant now and i want her to have the baby in the US. I work for an international oil services company so i can take care of all the bills that will be accrued during delivery. Please kindly advice on what to do so that i will not have problem at the port of entry in the US. If i have to inform the embassy or reschedule another interview. Please advice.

You are welcome to appear at the interview with your nephew. Again, minors typically qualify through their parents. Appearance by the parents and/or evidence showing that you are the legal guardian may be required.
Thanks a lot for the response.

abujaniv:
Hello Teslas. Minor children tend to qualify through their parents, so your nephew may need to appear with his mother and father. This is to protect against human trafficking.
Thanks Abujaniv,

The father is no more and my sister has remarried with a different surname and the new husband is not ready to adopt him. but my nephew is using his father surname because he has his primary school and secondary school certificate with that.

Please what will i do in this case. Note: My guardian document is a court order from Lagos Island high court in Lagos.

Please Advice

The Award is meant to be separate, i mean 2012, 2013 and 2014 not combining the three years. this is politics
NYSCRe: Jonathan Offers Automatic Employment To 164 Corps Members by Teslas: 1:00pm On Mar 07, 2015
GEJ, this is all about politics, what was he doing since 2012, i was on that list when they prepared it in 2012 and now they have change the list and reduce the names to 164, they have include the names of their people just give them award and use it to campaign. what i know is that one day the truth will prevail.
