The are first to tell you "Let them take it to the Supreme Court, let the Court decide"

We are all such the Supreme Court will rule on technicalities.

The Supreme Court will probably not take new evidences, not when Tinubu is already seated in power.

Every sane person knows that if the merits of this case is heard, no way Tinubu would not fall.

So does that mean foreign media still carry more weight than our local media? How is it that when local media report it, no one seems to believe but when foreign media does it, it suddenly killed the noise.

It's only natural that the matter would die down after it's been filed at the Supreme Court.

So the Supreme Court filing is what made it simmer a bit, not the BBC report.

The CSU Registrar is neither an investigator nor a forensic expert.
There is no way you would expect him to categorically use the expression "forge"

All he owes us is to tell us the certificate did not come from them, which he did.

So if there were signatures on the replacement and someone is telling me the third party vendor does not need to liaise with CSU to produce replacement, then what do you call the signatures on the replacement?

Let me put things in the right perspective, In america there are acrredited 3rd party vendors tied to the institutions/university.

There is no law or rule that stops any graduate or alummi from applying for a replacement certificate from 3rd party vendor by him/herself as long as the certificate is lost or damage
You can apply for replacement certficate from schools in US but most affected persons will rather apply to 3rd party vendor directly cos its cheaper.
Reno Omokri schooled abroad and those that school abroad have all clarified these things.
the Certificate itself is ceremonial what most employee (US) want to see is transcript.

3rd party vendors denotes Alternative here, what is the essence of an Alternative that requires "Default" in the equation. ??

Look at the last question on page 35 and the answers from page 36 of the deposition. Replacement order for certificates must be made by the student. They don't entertain orders from 3rd party vendors.

The truth IMO is that at this point whatever vendor Tinubu mentions must be a vendor verified by the school CSU.
It's a very awkward situation because if the truth must be followed, since CSU has already said they don't know that certificate, that document is a forged document.

Vendor or no Vendor, CSU cannot tell be they don't give authorization to any Vendor in America trying to replace their certificate.

In my opinion, the Supreme Court doesn't need to hear from any Vendor, CSU disowning that certificate already concludes that it is a fake.

Absolutely no need for any Vendor testimony.

Tinubu will win at the Courts, and it will be on technicality.

But if the SP decides to consider the merits, Tinubu is a gonna.
