The coach has been very conservative.

The guys looked completely jaded and exhausted.

They have barely rested since the international break, playing every 3 games.

Some players should have been rested, little or no rotation.

Some are only trolls/others are straight up stupiid.

The essence of a guard of honour is to give respect/homage to a team which wins a competition before the competition is completed.

So a guard of honour is only practicable and sensible in a league competition not a cup.

How does that apply to club world club or any other cup competition for goodness sake?

The fact that we did it for sevilla shouldn't make it a law, not even a norm.
