Sorry for the late response. For your passport photographs it should be white background and try googling the exact specification for German visa. You can get letter of recommendation from your employers and then you can use your cv the way it is, that's what I used. Make 2 photocopies of all the documents on your checklist. For both your visa application form and your declaration form, print two filled copies and sign with a blue pen(preferably). Hold your visa application fee cash o

Arrived at the embassy at 5:00 a.m, waited at the car park till about 6:30 a. m, then strolled to the embassy where I was checked and let in for my interview. Now the interview proper:
VO: Good morning
Me: Good morning ma
VO: So you are going for MA English Philology?
Me: Yes ma
VO: 2 years?
Me: Yes ma
VO:Why Germany ?
Me: I replied
VO: says something in German
Me:I smiled
VO: why are you smiling, do you understand what I just said ?
me: Yes( still smiling)
VO: And you are still smiling. Can you speak German?
Me: yes

VO: This girl you are wise and then she asked again why Germany

VO: what did you study?
Me: English Studies
VO: Have you ever been to Germany?

Just be hopeful. It usually takes up to four months before one can get the letter of admission from the date of application.

Did my enrolment 3 week of March
AM arrived : 25th March
Submitted Passport and insurance: 26th March
Course Masters in Mathematics
School: University of Goettingen (100%) English taught
Process of application: send applications directly to the faculty concern through postal medium
