Wish as a staff i can call names,The vice chancellors areas corrupt as the last PDP goverment, The DPP,why should a lecturer sttop so low and collect 40% from a consultant thru the director physical planning, The Nigerian University system is more corrupt than the Central goverment.

Good Luck Jonathan has good ideas but corrupt minds all killed the ideas,TET FUND a very nice idea was hijacked by the vice chancellors pf the various universities.Why should universities,polythechnics be fraudlently collecting tender money from prospecting contractors ,meanwhile the vice chancellor or the provost/Rector have decided on whom to give the contract to,its totally unfair when you see what our young contractors go through.

The bigger part of the corruption plays out on DPP that is the director of physical planning,the tenure of every director of physical planning in every university is two years and that of the V.C/Rector is four years,in a case where the DPP stays more that two years,corruption sets in as he and his cronies takes control of the whole school.Please i would advice the universities to take note.

In the area of Consultancy, in many higher institutions, The consultants are paid 40% while the school takes 60%,situation where many lecturers are turning consultants,you can either be a civil servant or you resign to be a consultant but in this scenario the school staff do both.That profession consultancy should be respected.Anotheris where The prime consultants fails to pay the engineers in TET FUND projects as payment is made through the Architect who is the prime consultant,all payments should be paid separately to the different consultants.

NOTE Consultancy creates employment but in a situation where lectures are now consultants in projects in schools where they lecture,They form companies and tender contracts and the Vice chancellors keep a blind eye.

All contracts goes with project vehicles but please go round the whole countries,the project vehicles allocation are shared between the V.C and the Director of the physical planning,i wont call school-names but its a common game among the v.C and rectors.

TETFUND PROJECTS(CONSULTANCY&CONTRACTS) can create 1000 direct jobs for graduates and 10,000 labor jobs but instead of the graduates getting it,the old vultures connive with the vice chancellors-and do shady projects.

TETFUND IS real but the way contracts are awarded are fraudlent,all school DPP more than two years should go.
