Perhaps they bear Yoruba names because of their kinship with Yoruba's and so many inter-marriages. You can't deny your father's heritage Mr. Semasa no matter how certain elements will want to misconstrue it politically. Peace, knowledge is power.

I will like to know what evidence they have. The fact that the CJN tried to subvert the rule of law is enough to get him fired. He should not be in that position. Also illegally obtaining evidence in a court of law makes it inadmissible. So PDP just messed up their chances with the call logs, they should have let the police or SSS investigate that.
