tell them to cancel that transaction and return your money to your card that you will buy from another site .don't use sir sir for them. If possible call them and just issue them that command that they should cancel that order. That is the best way to deal with them.they have no right to hold on to your money and yet refuse to sell u that item.it is either they cancel it or go ahead to send you the item.also get ur bank involved.please keep me updated
