First of all: B'reast tissue is very dense. Hence, it is difficult to see what is beneath it, or within it. That is why mammogram and MRI are used instead of x-ray. As for the blood vessels: I believe the nervous system has more to do with stimulation in the context you suggest. Your accretion that women should enjoy sex more because of these nerve endings, could be correct. However, it is not fare, to assume that all women have a problem with stimulation.
