however lawyer i think you can still use your good office
to assist nairalander as you have been doing only that its
will not official.
I dont mean anything illegal.
Your surveyor in alausa can still help you check only that
the land information certificate will not be issued but you
will know whether such property is free, under acquisition,
excision or scheme.
More grease to your elbow, the law.

Its confirmed now, Lagos state government has raised
its fees for services at the surveyor office.
A land information will now go for N10,000
and same for other sundry offices.
So brace yourselves for the new increase.
We shall survive.

Thanks for the compliment.
The owner was not yet through with the landscaping
and actually planned on fixing interlocking blocks on
the floor before changing his mind to sell the place.
He actually built it to his taste for occupation before
deciding to sell.
As you can see, it has never been occupied before.
As per price, a plot of land in that estate goes for between
N16 - N18m, it the property occupies 4 plots alreay.
Infact the property was actually valued by
estate surveyor for N300m but the owner is willing to let it
go for N70m or something close to it.
For the property and location, I dont think it too much a price.

I just heard that from tomorrow the land fees for search,
land information, land certificate has been increased by 100%.
Just to let you know so that you can be prepared for it.

As far as i know, ogba is more better and cheaper a place for your
kind business as the main ikeja is fully commercialised
and you would likely have parking problems except maybe
if you want to try agindingbi, ikeja central business district
which i believe would most ideal for you.
