What most people don't about the oil industry is that
not only is capital intensive but its usrive mainly on credits
from the financial institutions and unless you are a director or

N300,000 per plot with assurance of c.o.f.
and no fear of baba fash.

You can equally live in other fine places in Lagos
not necessarily the island.
However, you don't the idea of getting a house
with pipeline gas for cooking.
Our environment is definitely not ready for such yet
but you can buy transparent cylinders which can be connected
to cooker from outside to allow to cook.

Getting C.O. F for agric land is not possible like residential or commercial land.
This is because it is covered by a global c.o.f.
However, you can an agric lease certifcate or allocation on the land provided it will be used
for only agric purposes. Don't go thinking you conver it.

Good for u to invest in fish farming but dont you think 1,500 pieces is much.
You lookin at harvesting 1.5 tons in space of 4 months. You talking real cash here.
You will need 2 or 3 tanks dependin on the size. Hope u have a discharge for the waste water and
you will need at least 1 - 1.5 h.p pump to serve you.
Feeding may cost up to N300,000 and the fish seed about 40,000.
So will about N400k, you set to go but if you prefer a smaller scale then wit less amount
should be okay.

The PRO is the egunje for person who Mr Balogun who posted the message
and of course for the boys in land allocation committee who will do the real work
as Mr balogun dept in environment has no business with land allocation
i know because i just paid for 2 plots at mosafejo badagry scheme and i had the settle
the scheme officer for the allocation or also the admin guys in land allocation commtte
for good placement of the plots even though I'm a lagos statepublic servant.
Facilities usually in place at just graded road, itnot a site and service scheme.
