like i always say the body is not menth for drugs .... if your diet is good you do not need drugs also when your diet is not quit good you still do not need drug.. DRUGS HAVE SIDE EFFECTS.. lets put that in mind people pls.

NIGHTMARES. It started around last week of May. First I thought it was just dreams but then it never stopped. For over two month and few weeks now there is no single night I go to bed without having nightmares. Even in the day time, just about me closing my eyes to sleep and it all rain down on me. Just woke up this morning with another one. I've tried seeking help. Reading books about nightmares, I've fast and pray about this. Even went for a medical checkup I've tried possibly anything still it's getting worst. Its really frustrating. Somrtimes i get so scared of sleeping.
