Good day guys

I have a tecno w3 smartphone of recent it started hanging seriously which made it unusable.
Sometimes it will not even boot, but just hang on the tecno "powered by android screen".
at times it boot up but will just begin to hang when u what to perform tasks till it rebbots itself.

I thought it was a OS issue so i formatted it through the settings back-up and restore settings.

But to my surprise problem still persists i even reset the phone again but it still hangs badly.
Pls anyone who has experienced this with this phone model should help on how to resolve this.
