The scene was where Comrade Addams Aliyu Oshiomhole (as NLC chairman) receives an honorary award in regards to his doggedness as The labour leader.
The man in shirt is Comr Moses Ayewor who was then, NAPS (National Association of politechnic Student) President. While the other man in Native is Comr Philip Shaibu who was then, NANS(National Association of Nigeria Student) President and currently, a Deputy Governor in Edo State.
