No one is faulting the least certificate. What you should also know is that, ANY certificate presented by aspirant MUST be defended. He used HCS in UI, why is he not including it now? Not including it shows it has fault. Did he now graduated just 3yrs for 4yrs courses without hnc he refused to present to INEC?.
