INEC is meant to issue only 1 form to APC governorship candidate (the winner of the primaries). But in my dear imo state, APC conducted 2 primaries which 2 people won and both are claiming that INEC issued them governorship forms.
So the new greeting in imo state "are u holding INEC form?"

How can a governorship aspirant of APC personally hand over his acclaimed results of the primaries he participated in to another aspirant, the presidential aspirant of the same party. So let buhari do what with d results?

If the documents presented to DSS before confirmation as minister agree with what Premium times claimed he had, nothing would happen to him even though he claimed to have first class in a public forum. It would be a different case if the results are conflicting.

Yes, he may have lied by words of mouth during those public forum which were not formal settings, it would certainly not be used against him as long as he presented his true result of second class to DSS.

Sometimes in a public forum, people tend to exaggerate and over-estimate themselves to win public accolade.
