For instance should that guy up there who is ignorant of the fact that two answers are permitted, go ahead to report you for posting an answer before he does; tell me how will that feel like?

Have you done or still doing something that makes you think people will report you? if no, why do you feel the need to "threaten" people about dragging them down with you? don't you know that's a reverse psychology?

Bro, report or no report, if mass sacking comes, the moderators might consider demographical statistics (location/nationalities) to retrench tutors.

For example; If 80% of indians tutors always have 4/5 ratings, but it's just 30% of 9ja that always comes up with such ratings, if they're having dilemma of who to sack, where do you think, they'll look into, more?

In short, let's keep doing what is right, because if they "put eyes" on tutors, it'll be only a matter of when, before things go south

The Lh team or brainly team should be able to program the content tool such that one cant open two questions at the same time on a browser.

Assigning questions to tutors have several down sides.

the bolded won't solve the issue of "booking" except there is no more option of editing answers, or the timing to edit answers is really limited or reduced, of which it's not great either...

but i understand your fears, i'll suggest LH or brainly, give us the opportunity to work on the "changed model" while giving them feedbacks, so they can know whether to go ahead with the changes or not...

Someone said an expert should be able to answer any question assigned to him or her. There are questions on Maths, Engineering, English Language, Business, Social Studies begging for answers. Why are they left unsolved?

one of the reasons is that, some of these questions are incorrect.

But the thing is:
1. What is LH or brainly doing to unsolved questions staying in CT for weeks??
2. Should they decide to go with the changes, what will they do to unsolved questions on tutor's dashboard??

Besides, I really want to know what problem actually they want to solve with the idea of assigning questions personally to tutors. The "mad rush to answer"? The "booking of space palaver"? Is that the best solution to solving the menace? Or what problem actually do we want to solve?

The idea is, such tutor believe they can answer a question well, but the fear of providing second answer, in the process of typing the answer is what is making them to book space... i don't think some do book space though, most especially, those non 9ja guys, some of them just give short answers whenever they see fit, which sometimes makes me to wonder if the same questions in CT is also available to ordinary brainly users.

Personally, this isn't a good idea. I've my top 2 subjects and I hardly solve other subjects unless there's scarcity of questions in my favourite subjects.

Assigning questions to each tutor won't be fair in my opinion. There will be instances whereby some tutors will be assigned easy questions while some will be assigned tough questions.

Furthermore, someone who gets easy questions and solves all the questions might appear to you guys as a better tutor than the other person with tough questions. Make it a fair level playing ground for all just as it is presently. We know the time questions are updated so it's up to you to decide your fate.

Well, I've thought about this too, but the law of average will surely catch up, a tutor can not be getting easy questions all the time, except if it is deliberate from the moderators, hence, if tutor A get "easy questions" for 3 days straight up, I can bet it, s/he won't get the "easy questions" the following days.
But then, again, if a tutor is an expert in a particular area, it'll just be only a matter of time, before that tutor solved his/her assigned questions.

The issue of "easy questions" is more like issue of "easy opponents" in football elimination round draws. Yet, a "lucky team" can only have luck for some fixtures, or even a tournament (which can be just a week maximum in this our case) but can be having luck all the time. This is why the "lucky team"'s win over a long period of time is always insignificant.

A " lucky tutor" getting "easy questions" can't sustain it for a longer period, except he's not really "lucky" nor getting "easy questions" but outrightly good.

But, i believe, they should look for number of ways to tackle it too.

Lastly, some people are really weird, selfish and corrupt. I wanted to solve a question today, I clicked and saw that someone had answered it by writing two sentences just to book space. I left that particular question. Imagine, the next 2 questions I clicked, this guy already booked space too. I think there should be a way to curtail this, it's really annoying now.

Lol, this is one of the many reasons, they are considering assigning questions for each tutor, so as to solve the issue of "mad rush" and "booking of spaces"

Initially they told us brainly will cut down the questions by half due to the impact of covic19, this was the reason they need to drop more tutors but they are now doing the direct opposite of what they said. They have sacked more tutors and added more questions for the remaining tutors.

I'm suspecting foul play unless anyone can come up with acceptable explanation.

perhaps, they intend to solve the issue of "booking of spaces", with the hope that more questions available to tutors will reduce "mad rush" and it is more of the reason I thought one of the criteria they used in dropping some tutors is looking at the subject they majorly answer, then factor the daily limits required of them to drop people, and for some tutors that appeared not to have "area of expertise" they dropped them regardless of their HQRR...

Well, this is a good idea, that I've personally thought about. However, there will be some issues that need to be resolved, they're amongst others:

1. Supposing 20 questions is given to each tutor per day, based on subjects they majorly answer, what will happen, to the unsolved questions? because it is not every time a tutor can answer all the available questions correctly.

2. Will there be option to remove the question(s) a tutor can't solve from his/her dashboard?

3. Will the removal of questions be automatic or at the tutor's discretion?

4. If the questions are being automatically removed, how long will unsolved questions stays in a tutor's dashboard before it will be automatically removed?

5. if it is not automatically removed, nor the option of tutor removing the unsolved questions by itself, will new questions comes in or the new questions reduced accordingly? for example, 5 unsolved questions remains in a tutor's dashboard, will new 20 questions be added making it 25, or it'll just be another 15 making it 20 questions altogether?

6. Will there be option of tutor getting more questions in a day after solving all the questions assigned to him or her?

7. will there be option of tutor refreshing their dashboard, such that the unsolved questions can be removed while another questions yet unsolved comes in?
for example, on dashboard A, there are three unsolved questions of Q1, Q5, and Q7, so tutor A refresh his dashboard, then another unsolved questions Q15, Q20, Q23 comes in, all in the same subject categories.

Personally, I love the idea, and I recommend it to be from the TOP TWO (2) subjects a tutor usually answer from.

2017, while in final semester, they came to my alma mater then for a program with accounting department.
I was sent message in 2018 during my service to continue recruitment process if I'm serving in Lagos or nearby, but since I was not, at the time, I replied them my situation, they replied back that I can contact them after my NYSC, so in 2019, after contacting them, I was sent form to fill and submit at their office or online. I did the online, because I wasn't in Lagos then.
So for like twice, perhaps since August, was sent message that I'm still in the process, and on 23rd of April this year, I was sent the message of covid delaying AC blah blah.
Now I just wanna be sure before hand, cuz not until 2 days ago, I don comot my mind.

Since last year April, that i did their online documentation, plus one or two mails from them reassuring me that, i'm not forgotten, now i got their message too, yesterday... My issue now is, i'm well above 26 now, will they still consider me, if at all, they later send me AC invite, not that i'll get to the venue of AC, and they'll bounce me?
