CONTINUATION OF T.D.A 22.

Dedicated to me as I celebrate my birthday today the 29th of May.

I thought out loud to myself. Then an idea crossed my mind after sighting a mad man coming from the other street. I want to know if this problem is related to my appearance or my status. I want to know if am really a mad person. If I'm a mad person, am sure the other mad guy that is coming will embrace me and welcome a new member. I will jejely follow him and become his first disciple but if am not, I want to know his reaction, I want to try my best to see what's wrong with me before I get myself in bigger troubles. So with that kind of thought in mind, I waited eagerly for the man to arrive. Shortly afterward, he did. So I walked to him.

His left hand and armpit were occupied with a bottle of Pepsi and Nubitz snacks respectively. All indications on him portrays him as a corporate madman. I mean a mad man with taste.

"Hey dude...." I stretched my hand forward for an handshake and surprisingly, he took me in with his right palm without looking at my face.
I was first confused on how to put my question to him as he was still busy trying to extract the Obb contents of the Nubitz snacks from its nylon with his file exploring fingers.
"Bossman, abeg, wetin do my face?" I blurted out with a very anticipatory tone.

"Your face?" He was still busy with the snacks when he asked me that.

"Hun hun." I answered.

"Shey, you no know say God don butter my bread?"

"As how?"

He cast me a cursory glance before he continued. "See my guy, make I tell you the fact, as you see me so, edumare don bless me o, eheehhehe, see eh," he tapped me by the shoulder after dropping the now empty Nubitz pack. "By this time next week, na me you go see beside Queen Elizabeth the second of England."

"Hmmmmm" I sighed inwardly when I suddenly realized I made a terrible mistake in my decision to confirm my sanity status from an original sanitizer. I mean, you can't confirm a poisonous food by taking a bite from it na? No be so?

The moment I realized my mistake, I made an attempt to walk away but the mad man wasn't ready to let me walk away. He just grabbed me by the shoulder and continued his gibberish.

"You see, make I tell you, that Queen Elizabeth wey you see so, eh? He don tey wey I don dey write love letter to am but I never get the money to buy plane go give am."

"Ehenehen? The same Queen of England? " trying to feign intrest in this discussion, I said that to him.

"No, na Queen of abakaliki, mumu, I dey tell you something wey dey peppery me for body, you dey whyne me... he be like say you wan dey mad abi?" He suddenly lashed out in a visibly angry expression.

"No vex na, chairman , I dey reason with you jare. No vex. " I pleaded. Just trying to do anything to get me out of this situation with this man.

"No worry, you know I tell you say I don write the love letter wey i wan give her, just wait make she read am first, if she no marry me before 1967, make I know wetin cause am." He declared vehemently with a sinister laugh. I laughed along with him. The laughter came to an end when our eyes met and stayed on each other for what seemed like 5 seconds and the mad man suddenly displayed a frightened look on his face.

"Wetin happen?" I asked him when he begin to back away slowly and before I know it, he have escape from sight with full speed.

I take a quick glance around to see if anyone is paying attention to us but except for a red G-wagon that was moving slowly down the path I was previously heading to, no one is watching us.

." I immediately back away and continue my journey.

As I was walking fast, I couldn't stop wondering on what just happened. I couldn't forget the look on the face of the first person that saw me. He was terrified to the bone. It was as if he was watching an horror movie.

As if that's not enough, that reaction from the second person also says a lot. How can she drop to the floor by merely seeing me? This is getting out of hand o.

All these while I spent on those thoughts, I never stopped jogging far away. I did all my best to avoid getting in any close contact with any human or else i risk creating another round of mess for myself.

***

I was almost out of that busy area, and was already thanking myself for being able to avoid people on the way when I noticed the red G-wagon (which I saw earlier when I was with the madman) suddenly swerved close to the pedestrian lane I was plying and continued moving at a trekking pace.

I paid no attention to it at first but when its body was almost touching my swaying hand, I had no option than to stop.

The night was already upon us at that time so it's kind of hard to pick out any face from behind those tinted glasses.
Nonetheless, I prepared myself for whatever is about to happen. I clenched my fist in readiness to fight or abscond if the fight appears to be far more than I could handle. Both option depends on the approach of whoever is this latest intruder in my life.

I will rather die on my feet than live on my knees. It has come to that. No backing down now.

I have a feeling that whoever is in this jeep is Beatrice. I swear she wouldn't have it so easy this time around if she tries to dump any sh!t in my life. I'm done letting her treat me like a piece of garbage.

While still on my thoughts, the glass of the jeep, I mean the rear one facing my direction slowly rolled down and the face of a very fine woman poked out.

I shot her a hard glare, trying to remember if I had seen that face but I couldn't.

My mind immediately declared open the post of an Answer in my mind's company and immediately, a million applicantic guesses begin to submit their C.V's but at the end, my medulla oblongata which is the interviewer couldn't find the right applicantic guess to fill the vacant post. So that's how I shut down the company and quickly focused on the reality before me.

The said woman shot me a cursory smile and scoffed when she realized I wasn't ready to retract my gaze.
"Darous..." she called out with a voice and tone that sounds very familiar. I was about to reopen my thinking company to think of how she knows my name but her voice cuts into the process before it even reached the table for approval from other board members of my body. "Where do you think you are going?"

I was silent. I didn't want to give her any chance to think am scared, even though I am.

"This city is as big as the Atlantic and you think you can swim your way out without getting drown?"

"I'd rather die in the Atlantic than go back to you or whoever is it that send you after me." I declared with clenched hands. "Wo, look here woman, if you try any sh!t with me, you will see trouble this time around.. I dont know who you are and I dont give a fvcking damn, so if you know what's best for you, you will go away right now and pretend this moment never happened." My heart beat was heavy by the time I end my statement.

She display a shocked expression while I was saying all that but she recovered quickly and put up a sultry smile to cover her initial expression.
"Hmmmm. Always by the sword... Darous Darous...." She called out teasingly. " Is the hard way the only way you know?"

"Its the surest way." I fired back at her and she scoffed.

"You see Darous, there's one thing that amazes me about you, you see, all my life, I've never seen a man fought so hard only to return back to where he started."

"Dont you ever speak to me that way..." I warned with a stern face. "Dont you think for one second that you know a damn thing about me!"

A smirk was plastered across her face when I said that. "You've always proven to me that you are a man who likes it rough, but you see, this guy here? (She nudged her head sideways back inside the car) just one word from me and he will take you to heights of pain that you can ever possibly imagine.."
I freaked at that even though i haven't seen the guy inside the car. Pain is the last thing I need right now. My face is still itching and my body is still very weak and am also mentally drained.

"Please, just let me be... please.... I cant face this type of life anymore." I pleaded silently, not to her, but to myself as our gaze remained lock on eachother.

"Okay. Where do you think you are going?"

"Its none of your damn business!."

"Hmm.. Is that so? But do you think I strolled down this path just to let you waste my time and resources?"

"What f**king resources are you talking about?"

"You dont worry about that. You will get to realize that on your own. But all you need to know for now is you need to follow me right now. This is a matter of urgency...infact it's an emergency...so you just have to obey me and follow me now." She said with an explanatory tone.
'Another trick. Dont fall for that o.' My mind communed to me.

"And what makes you think your emergency is more emergencier than my own emergency? Eh?" I paused to scratch the same spot on my face that I've been scratching since I left the house.

"You have nowhere to go, that's enough reason for you to come inside the car right now and let me take you home."

"Home...hunmm... home? You just said Home? Only if you know how weird that sounds to me.. clearly, we are not on the same page when it comes to the definition of that word."

"I dont have time for this...just get inside..."

"No.. I will not.."

"And where will you go from here?"
"Anywhere... just anywhere that doesn't involve you or whoever sent you after me.." I declared vehemently and just then an excuse popped into my brain. "For your information, I'm on my way to Obaseki, i want to go and report myself as part of the run away prisoners. "

She laughed out loud when she heard that and i couldn't help but wonder why she did that.

"Evidently, your treatment have tampered with your sense of humor... it's getting contagious. Adams, did you hear this idiot? " She turned back inside the car, probably to get a response from Adams who has been silent all along.

"Madam, just give me the word, and I will bundle him back inside right now...you are too lenient with him that's why he's been saying this nonsense.." Adams voice traveled out with those statements as its passengers.

"And who's fault is it that he got away in the first place? Tell me Adams?" That was followed by a moment of silence before she turned her heads back towards me.

She scoffed again. "You see, your main problem is you dont know which side of the bread your butter is on, that's why you've been acting this way. Only if you would open your blind eyes and set your gaze on what's right in front of you. I got you out of prison, gave you freedom and even offering you another opportunity to make it right but because you are you, you just cant see it. Anyways, time for talks and whines is over. Now get inside the car before you peel of your f***king face!" She commanded but her tone is soft.

I pretend not to hear her as I let out a loud hiss and made to walk away.

She repeated the same statement for the second time but I spoke not, so she stepped out of the jeep and her flowing red gown quickly adorned the ground she landed gracefully on.

Seeing the red gown also made me have a guess that she's Beatrice but this face is telling another thing.

"You wont get far with this face....no prison in the world will take you back with this kind of face Darous... so save my money and come inside..." she talked with a tone that spells arroagance.

That statement from her sent me into deep thoughts that I spent some moments in silence processing it.

"And what do you know about my face? Tell me what's wrong with it!" I manage to find my voice.

"I have been watching all the dramas you've been causing down the streets, how many more people do you intend on sending to coma before you realise your face is no longer suitable for the human environment? "

What's she talking about? I asked myself again. What does she mean by my face is no longer acceptable in the society? What's wrong with my face.

"Please, tell me, what the hell is wrong with my face?" I asked with a quavering voice. I was worried sick about how she's been lamenting about my face.

"I think the mirror will rather be the judge of that." I watched with anxiety as she opened the door of the jeep and brought out her phone from inside her bag and quickly take a picture of me.

She sighed briefly before pointing the screen at my face.

Oh my Gawd! What I saw was a very horrible sight to behold.

What have they done to my face? I asked myself subconsciously as i dropped to the ground on my knees.
"Let's go now...." she stated softly. " please dont let this get any messier than it already is.. I will explain everything to you once we get home. Just trust me." I could sense a semblance of pity in her voice.

I was downcast and heartbroken. My precious face has been tampered with, it's now so disfigured and horrific I couldn't even believe it's mine on that screen. My pride has been taken away. No wonder everyone is scared of my face. If you've ever watched the movie titled Beauty and the Beast, sure you would understand what I'm talking about. I dont have long ears and overblown nose but I'm now the perfect definition of ugliness. I'm now the sharp contrast of what I use to be.

Everything I ever had have been taken away from me. First was my innocence, then my money, my wife, my child and my name, and now my face. Surely, this life has been mean to me from time immemorial.

*****

Few minutes into the journey back to the house I'd earlier escaped from, I was seated in between this strange woman that has the voice of Beatrice but a different face and Adams, who has been quiet all the while.
Out of my pathetic mood, I lifted my gaze up and couldn't stop myself from asking this question from the woman beside me.
"Who are you?" That came out devoid of any loud sound.

"Let's just say I'm the devil the Angels warned you about...you cant snitch on me and expect to go scot free" She said with a smirk that left my soul furtherly shattered.

Surely, with that phrase, she's definitely Beatrice. Apparently I'm not the only person with a different identity. I begin to put 1 and 2 together as the puzzle begin to unfold gradually.

I rest my head on my knees, the awful realization and the gravity of what I just lost settled inside my emotional tank to set my tears on tsunamic mode....

Someone prophesied about this story that "this would be an unfinished projects" and the prophecy has come to pass.

that prophecy can't materialize. It's not possible. It goes against everything PHCN stood for.

CONTINUATION OF EPISODE 22.

"but wait," Beauty shook a cautious finger at him.

"what?" Adams queried with a grumbled tone that portrays his dissatisfaction of the temporary ban on the cryptocurrency.... sorry, cryptopussy he was investing on.

"what if someone walks in right on us? The last thing any of us needs right now is Madam's wahala.."
With a quick glance across the room, Adams scoffed and said, "and who will that possibly be? No one can walk in... Apart from you and i there is only one other person left in the house and he's not going to wake up till late evening....so save yourself the worry and spread your legs for me please..."

Soon after that last statement from Adams, i watched from that angle how he hungrily attacked the clitoris of the dark beast on the cushion. She begin to moan very loud and spreads her legs wide for him to accomodate every tender touch his eager tongue has to offer.
I couldn't bring myself to understand how someone as handsome as Adams can be interested in fuc..king someone as ugly as this Beauty, not to talk of sucking her pu... ssy. The sight of her face is just too disgusting for me to the extent I didn't know when a hiss subconsciously escaped from the confines of my mouth. I cant even imagine myself lying on the same bed with that girl.. no.. I can't. Even each time I remember the aphrodisiac sex we had the last time we encounter each other, I feel a nauseating feeling in my body.

Funnily and weirdly, while watching on, i begin to feel the gradual arousal of my unrepentant service chief that led me to this torroristical situation but luckily for me, am still the commander in chief of all my body's sexual forces so i was able to pull the plug on them before someone catches me masturbating right there on the floor.

Moreover, judging from the security details I overheard from Adams some moments ago, I think this is the perfect time for me to find a way out of this place unless I want to have another dose from one of Beatrice's brutal treatments.

I remained in that same spot for more than four minutes, unable to come up with anything to extricate myself from this my present situation. Gone are those days when i would just close my eyes and a brilliant idea will crawl into my head. Those days when i'm still a bonafied son of thunder.

But suddenly, It was as if something like a spark occured in my brain or just the god of thunder trying to reestablish contact with his prodigal son. Its definitely the latter because immediately i poked my head inside the living room to see what was going on, and after seeing that the two occupants of the room were still sexually busy, i got up instantly and start thinking of which route that leads to the main exit of that place.

Luck was again on my side that moment when after another round of cursory glance across the room, my eyes found something that appeared to be the structural drawing of the house plastered across the wall opposite me.

I sneakily found my way to the drawing and quickly go through it. The house is not that big. On that drawing, I can see that it's a duplex, and I'm presently situated at the furthermost end of the house. I also saw that the only way out from that part of the house is through the main door of the sitting room where Beauty and Adams are presently occupying.

I checked again and again to see if there's another way, but every other open route either links back to that sitting room or to a wall.

And with that kind of renewed thoughts, i poked my head into the living room again, trying to look for the best possible way to escape without getting caught by the two people in the house but the activity going on got me a bit glued.

"Oh, Adams… you have
the nicest d*ck.” moaned Beauty. I smiled within myself after hearing that and I don't know when 'lori iro' escaped my mouth.

“Thank you. I’m quite fond of your
pvssy and this your sexy dark ass too.” another dose of 'lori iro'.

He got a chuckle out of her with that statement.

She was now leaned over the cushion in one corner of the big living room. She is now stripped down to her sheer black thigh-high stocking and heels. Her
long black hair was clipped away
from her face to cascade over her
shoulders when she stood. Now,
strands of hair fell everywhere and swayed like her bre*asts as he thrust his d*ck into her pvssy from behind.

I could see the juices from her
pvssy on the insides of her thighs.

His d*ck was long and thick but nothing compared to mine, just that the only similarity between us is that he used it with the same confidence i usually do with mine.

Adams never missed a stroke, his long d*ck pulling out and sliding back inside her until his balls made contact with her dark a*ss.

She displayed a strain look on her face each time he buries deep inside her and thats another part where i am his boss. If am the one, i would have done something to take the pain away or introduce my weaponary double P into the situation and let her enjoy both Pain and Pleasure at the same time. Thats my own formula of making sure she comes back for more.

It was as if Adams heard my thoughts or i should just admit that he's also very good cos I couldn't help but smile when his fingers wound underneath her and trapped her clit. Goodness me! Her reaction was exactly as i had envisaged. She orgasmed after a few strokes and it was a wild one. Her body shook and both hands were required to restrain her from falling over. Adams didn't stop, he just kept on fu**king her with reckless abandon as if he signed a contract to destroy her pvssy with each breath. As expected, she cried out with moans and gasps and groans liberally mixed in.

"Standing there and watching those people fvck themselves to coma won't save you from this situation...." I was at first startled after hearing those words, wondering where it came from, but then I sensed it must have come straight out of my fogged mind, perhaps, one of the lame attempts of the god of thunder trying to reestablish contact with me.

"But I dont think I can do it. I dont think I have the courage to get myself out of this house.." I murmured to myself.

"Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is the presence of fear but the fortitude to act...you have to act now. Time to find a way out of this place..."

Upon hearing that, I take another look at the sitting room and could see both of them were now panting very heavily, evidently exhausted from their sexual romp. Adams dropped to the big cushion trying to catch his breath while Beauty fell beside him shortly.

Seizing that opportunity, i laid down flat on the 3d floor and begin to crawl towards the exit .

With every ounce of determination to get out, I managed to get to the door unnoticed. The room was filled with their ragged breath which also provided some kind of shelter for any sound my movement might be making.

Luckily for me again, I found the door unlocked, so I cautiously slide it to one side, hoping and praying not to get caught, and again, I wasn't. Immediately I stepped into the adjoining lobby of that section of the house, I staggered up and head straight for the main exit of the building.

Along the way, I was able to find an oversized Tshirt inside one of the laundry rooms I entered. I feel a bit better from when I woke up and apart from the occasional itches on my face, I feel lively.

"Wow.... finally....." that was the sound that escaped from my mouth the moment I found myself outside the big building. The main gate was just few feet from me. Contrary to what I think before, the house is not situated in a bushy or isolated area, rather it is located inside a very busy street.
It was evening time already and the sun was on it's way to bed.
Car horns and bike sounds were the first noise that greeted my ear after stepping out.

I smiled to that. Knowing I will have little or no trouble finding my way back to wherever I want to go.

Wait, I haven't planned on that one ganself. Where will I go from here? All this while I have been planning on escaping, the idea of where I want to go have never crossed my mind? Chai...

I stepped into the compound ground, heading straight for the gate. I got out after unlocking the gate and quickly mixed with the crowd. Like I said, it was evening time and the street was very busy if not extremely. From the inscriptions on various signposts of the churches beside the road, it was evident that I'm in Edo state. The home of Obaseki. This Beatrice is quite rich to be sincere, she literally have house in almost every state in our country. The last time she kidnapped me, she took me to the one in Nassarawa, I know she also has a mansion in lagos and Abeokuta too.

I have barely walked 3 meters from the house when I noticed that the first person that came in very close contact with me displayed a horrific look on his face. It was as if he saw a ghost. I was like, what's wrong with him?

I paused to examine myself to find the reason for such expression, then I smiled when I realized that my mode of dressing resembles that of a lunatic. I have on myself the oversized Tshirt and a short boxer. I rubbed my palm through my hair to feel its volume, it feels like the strongest comb in the world would break into pieces before it completes a rotation through my headly axis.
I cant blame that man for looking at me that way. So I continued walking, doing all my best to get away from that house as far as I can go and as fast as my weak legs could carry me.

Unfortunately again, after coming in another close contact with another person, (now a middle aged woman) I watched as the horrific look on her face turned to a frightful one and she let out an anguish scream before falling to the ground.

I quickly stepped away from her before people will think I did something to her. Or, or... wait, did I do something to her? I asked myself after walking to a safe distance from where the woman fell. People have gathered around her and they were trying to revive her.
What's wrong with me? Abi police have declared me wanted ni? This is Edo state na, how can the people in Edo still remember my face even if I was declared wanted? But I don't think I'm wanted by the police jare. The way those guys perfected my escape, am not sure the nigerian police force have reached the investigative level to unravel that kind of mystery. No, they are not there yet. Besides, this my present appearance is a sharp contrast to the way I looked while in prison. Apart from my rumpled hair, my complexion have also gotten very dark. I no longer possess that fine body. I'm more leaner now ganself. Am sure if I get the chance to look into the mirror right now, my face would be competing with that of Oshiomole on the ugliness table. Although he might have an edge on contour difference.

Okay, let's agree for one second that I'm not wanted by the police, then what is the problem with me? Why are people so scared after seeing me?

FamilyRe: Any Special Needs School In Nigeria by TheBlessedMAN: 6:50pm On Mar 10, 2021
keepingmum:
Good day house.

please can anyone recommend a special needs school in Nigeria. My niece is a special needs child with developmental problems. Although i haven't seen her (i don't reside in 9ja), i have been told she is dumb and crippled. Her mother took her younger sister away and abandoned this girl outside my mom's house. Unfortunately, my mother though still employed cannot give this girl the care she needs because my mum also has her own health issues.

So if anyone can recommend a special needs school Boarding/day that we can enroll this girl in i would really appreciate it. A school that isn't too expensive as i would be the one footing this girl's needs and it is VERY rich through Christ. However if its only expensive schools you know, please drop the names and possible contact details so that i can have an idea of what i would be dealing with.
She's 7 years old, and whilst i welcome schools across 9ja, i would prefer schools within the middle belt axis because that's where my family are based.

thank you.

I would appreciate if the MOD's can put this front page just so i can get responses please.
I'm currently looking for one for a niece. I will appreciate if I can get one within Ogun, Oyo or Osun states

THE DOG ATTENDANT EPISODE 22.

BY DAROUS EMMANUEL.

The memories that came with seeing that face again was too overwhelming that it made me hit the panick button as i let out a silent anguish hiss.

'how can she be alive?' was the only theoretical question that filled the second section of the question paper that life just put before me. The last thing i heard about her some years ago was that she had died in prison alongside her partner in crime. I still remember how this beast and her friend nearly ra*ped me to death on the instruction of their boss. Both of them nearly killed me before luck decided to decamp to my party on that awful, repugnant and dreadful day. The newspaper and every media house confirmed their deaths so you can understand how confused i am to see her in that room talking with one halfcaste looking guy.

This is just too much for me to handle. This life no balance at all.

My hands that was still struggling to gain fitness begin to shake very hard as series of thoughts continue to flood my brain.

The temptation to despair was immediately starting to increase with each passing moment i spent behind that entrance while the conversation from the living room continue to rent the air.

Everything now makes sense. Beatrice broke her out of prison and made the world think she is dead and she's doing the same thing to me right now only that i dont know what plans she has for me. If i'm to go by our past encounters, i think i'm in a bigger trouble right now. Beatrice is not the type of person to mess with and expect her to forget and forgive. Infact, this is one of her usual quotes "i will recover and remember, not forgive and forget". Now, to understand my plight better, remember i was the one that sold her out to the police after i'd managed to escape from her claws in Nasarawa which thereby led to her arrest and persecution and that was long after the incident at the hotel.

I dropped my head down to wallow in the awful reality thats gradually dawning on me.

"lets forget about Obaseki for a moment jare." Beauty's voice cut straight into my troubled thoughts. "Now, Adams don't get me wrong o. What you are trying to say is basically that the end justifies the means. Bottom line, that you are above whatever law they put up in the United states.?"

"no...." the halfcaste guy she called Adams replied sharply. "you see, when i'm activated, when i'm brought into a situation, there is a reason," there was a short pause before Beauty spoke.

"i'm listening Adams."

"and that reason is to complete the objective of my mission at all cost"

"even if it means breaking the law?"

"for a combat soldier, the difference between success and failure is your ability to adapt to your enemy. The people that i work with, they dont care about any f*king rules. People like Madam Beatrice? All they care about is a result. So to answer your question..."

"you adapted.." Beauty cuts in. "for you, there's no such thing as breaking or following the law, its simply about adaptation. Right?"

"you can say that again....i didn't got the name Chameleon by doing nothing... I earned it..."

"hmmmm...no wonder you and madam are so close. You seem to know which button she's going to tap next..."

The other guy replied with a brief scoff. "like i said, i adapted. Which is why i'm still alive"

"perhaps, maybe there's another reason why you too are like kitchen and cabinet"

"is there?"

"i think so"

"what reason could that be?"

"i dont know...may be you should tell me..."

"oh Beauty, i'm sorry, you will have to make me...." that statement was followed with a few seconds of silence.

"where is this conversation heading to ganself?" Beauty suddenly interrupts the ongoing silence.

"we both know where..."

"i know, but what i dont understand is why you are driving it there."

"cos i'm a good driver and i also happen to know how to make your engine beg for my fuel and i also know when to hit the throttle hard and nice."

"and hope you also know what awaits us at that destination once madam finds out?"

"who says she has to know?...."

"hmmm...."

"what do you say Beauty? Its been long since i feel your dark p*ssy around my d*ck.."

"how many times do i have to tell you to stop that racial flirting of a thing with me? It worked the last time doesn't mean you can't adopt another one or do i look like those albino whites you use to fvck your life with?" that sounds like a lashing out if you look at it from one side but the next sound that follows will make you dump that conclusion into the waste bin.

It was the sound of a kiss.

"hmmmmmmm" they both chorused out loud.

"is that enough to appease your anger my sexy black goddess?" says Adams with a gentle and soft tone.

"no. I can't let you off that quickly..."

"what will you have me do?" Adams asked.

"eat my dark pvssy." she sounded with a voice of authority.

"as your dark lordship pleases..."

Do you even know what it means? If you don't, it means "utter disgust". angry

I'm hoping you used the word wrongly (if so, modify and apologise), if on the other hand you used the term knowing exactly what it means, then your entitlement attitude and your comment are repugnant...and it shows the kinda person you are...yep, same R word you used.

People can be unbelievable.
If you can't deal with the inconsistency, it's better to unfollow than insult. If you want more consistency, there are better ways to achieve that than insults. undecided

CONTD OF T.D.A 21.

I threw the hook of curiousity into the ocean of the weird situation i found myself and begin to fish for explanations.

I remember those guys at the morgue telling me i'm dead to the world and that they are the only ones that knows i'm alive.

To some extent, that revelation sends some shrills of anxiety and fear down my already weary soul. If what those guys said is true, then it means my family and the remaining percentage of people that still cares for me are all going to think and believe i'm dead. People like my mom, my siblings, therapist Sarah, my child, (ah, poor boy. Just when i was starting to look forward to life after prison with him), and then there's Adejoke, the love of my life. Among all these people and apart from my mother and Adejoke, therapist Sarah is the one i feel will feel the heaviest pain of my proclaimed death. She has been the only fuse in the transformer of my life thats keeping me connected with the epileptic current of hope that my life will stable one day. Now, whoever is behind this whole thing has taken that fuse out of me and i have been thrown in total darkness of hopelessness. In other words, i'm doomed.

Wetin Donald Trump no go see for electoral college. In other unelectoral terms, nothing wey i never see inside this world.

On the other hand, my heart skipped a thousand beats when the thought of the 2billion naira i kept with Jide crossed my mind and what could become of it the moment Jide hears of my death. Only the two of us had the knowledge that i kept such a huge amount of money with him. I couldn't tell even my therapist due to the types of betrayal i have suffered in the past. I had plans for that money. I planned to get my life back with it the moment i get out of prison, but whoever is behind my present situation just snuffed out that light of hope.
'Ah, i don suffer in vain'. I lashed out in agony as i wrestle the urge to give in to the chokeslam of pain that just sprint across my soul.

I took my time again to cast a glance across the room, trying to find hints of how deep i am in this new predicament but all i could see only points to the fact that the owner of this building is Tinubu-ly rich. In other unjagabanic words, whoever owns this place must be very rich and the only people i know in my life to have this kind of money are Beatrice and Adedoyin. While the latter is long dead the former must be rotting away inside one prison in the northern part of Nasarawa.

I remembered that i'd once been in this type of situation.

It was when Doris (Joke's late mom) drugged me and hand me over to Beatrice so i wouldn't have a chance to tell anyone of our secret.

I sighed and renewed my everlasting contract with fate.

In that instance, i felt my bladder threatening to burst, so i ignore all the abstract pains coming from within and other parts of my body as i quickly got down from the bed. I staggered and fumbled around for some moments before i finally regained my footing on the decorated floor.

I head straight for the door and found it unlocked. Then I stepped outside into a small lobby before dashing towards a small door situated just few feets from me hoping that would be the place i can ease myself.

On the way, my face started itching me very bad but my hands were so weak i couldn't even lift a finger to scratch the itch away.

I entered the small room and found the urinary. I tried bringing my d*ck to the height of the urinary but my d+ck suddenly feels too heavy for my hand to carry so on second thought i moved closer to the closet and begin to tip down a heavy amount of water that was stored inside my dam during the time of my unconsciousness.

I pull off the strange underpants i found on my waist and turned on the shower with my back pressed against its switch. The water covered my body and i flinched at its first contact on my body. No mind me, its been long since i last stood under a shower.

I spent like thirty minutes inside the shower until i feel i can now make use of my hands. I dried myself with the little breeze coming from the window and put on my underpants. I stepped outside and returned to the lobby that leads to the room i was situated earlier but before i could make the turn, i started hearing some chatting voice coming from the extreme end of the lobby. At first, my mind was telling me to return to the room and ignore the voices but my curiousity got the better of me and i begin to walk towards the direction the voices were coming from.

"this Obaseki is funny o, so he expects a prisoner with a functioning brain to return to the prison after escaping from that sh*thole?......" that was the first coherent statement i heard the moment i got near to the entrance of a big spacious and lavishly furnished living room. I poked my head in from the entrance and the first face i saw made me feel like a knitting needle was jammed into my head.

NO! This can't be happening again!!!.

CONTINUATION OF EPISODE 21. TDA.

"answer me na, are we too late for the antidote?"

"we cant be, we still have like five more minutes to get the antidote into his body....."

"but five minutes have passed already on your stopwatch....."

"damn it......you are right, then we have to hurry before i lose my money.."

A moment after that, i felt something like a needle entering my neck region.

"lets hope it works"

"when will the other guys arrive?"

"they are nearby, they are just waiting for my signal...."

"how do we know the antidote is working ganself?"

"his pulse should be back by now"

"let me check it"

"is it back?"

"yes, its back but still faintly...."

"how long do we wait before giving him the last one...."

"errrrmm, sixty seconds tops or there will be serious complications...."

"i have a feeling whoever is paying you to get him out doesn't want him dead or harmed in any severe way."

"you damn right."

"then that person must have another agenda for him, i dont even want to speculate on what that might be.."

"you are right, you dont need to speculate........here we go, sixty seconds, lets give him the second one right away so we can get out of this morgue."

After that, i felt another needle enter my neck and soon afterwards, i begin to regain full use of other parts of my body.

I opened my eyes slowly. The face i saw looks exactly like that of the man that shot me so i flared up immediately.

"calm down." he said to me while the second person was trying to shove a white piece of clothing in my mouth. "no, let him talk..."

"what if he screams?"

"no one can hear him. Let him talk so he can know we are not trying to kill him." he said with a grin.

"you shot me! And you said you dont want to kill me?" i lashed out again.

"i have no intention of killing you,..."

"he purposely missed the artery when he shot you with that hypothermic compound," the other guy cuts in. " it was enough to slow your heartbeat to the point where they would think you were dead. And part of our job is to revive and extract you." he explained to me but still it still doesn't make sense.

"so what you are saying now is that i'm dead?"

"technically no...no you are not. But we are the only people that knows that."

"we? You mean just the two of you? Why are you doing...."

He didnt let me finish my statement before placing a hand on my mouth. "shhhhh. Dont waste your energy on that. I suggest you save it, cos you will be needing it on the long run.."

"but to answer your question, no, its not just the two of us. We are just a small cog in a very big machine. Thats all i can say."

The moment i finish processing that last statement, i asked myself who could be doing this to me? The first person that crossed my mind at that minute was no one else other than Jarter (Lovelyn's husband). I remember quite well the things he said to me after the Judge had pronounced my sentence. I remembered him threatening to make my life a living hell unless i give him the 2billion naira he's asking for.

I spent a lot of time thinking about the possibility of Jarter's involvement in my latest situation. It was all starting to make sense until i remembered the fact that anyone behind this must be someone very rich and powerful, not someone infested with the greed of 2billion naira.

I tried and tried to think of other possibilities but i wasn't able to do that until i tried opening my mouth to talk again and suddenly start to feel weakness surging through all my entire body.

"he should be out very soon, so we can move him out without problem."

And that was the last thing i heard before i slipped into something more comfortable than coma. I fell into oblivion.

****

I cant say for how long i was out, really i cant say but when i eventually regained full ownership of my whole being, i found myself in an environment that has a very sharp contrast to the one i'd spent the larger part of the last few months.

It was the light coming from the led bulb situated in the middle of the room that first penetrated deeply into my eyes.

Curiously, my eyes flew open and while they were still trying to adjust to the level of illumination in the room, my right hand moved on its own volition and it was then that i realised that there was something like a rubber tube attached to the back of my palms. I remained motionless for some minutes, trying to process out my latest condition.

Then, I tried lifting my head up to try and understand the full situation of my environment but during that attempt i noticed something like a glass helmet hovering ontop of me.

I panicked.

Fidgetingly, i begin to worry about whats happening to me as the events of the last time i was conscious began rushing back to me. I remembered my last conversation at the morgue, what those guys said to me and it was then that i realise that i may have just landed in a very bigger and terrible situation.

21. THE DOG ATTENDANT BY DAROUS EMMANUEL.

The sounds coming from my surroundings begin to subside with each moment that passed as i feel myself being wheeled for about 5minutes until they stopped totally.

The weird thing that makes this whole thing more baffling and thought provoking for me is the unquestionable fact that, i could hear, i could sense faintly everything going on around me but i cant talk or see. I cant even think of anything, it was as if a larger part of my brain was dead or paralysed. I dont even know maybe my eyes were open or not at that very moment

During those weird periods, the events of my life begin to play before my very eyes. We can call that act from my brain as the last kicks of a dying horse. How i became this vulnerable to be used by anyone who feels i have wronged them in one way or the other is one of the main reasons why this was so painful to bear.

Only God knows what is happening to my life, only him can explain the reason why he choose to allow all these ugly occurences to keep on happening in my life. The son of thunder have really suffered in this world.

Going back to the gene(sis) or gene(bro) of my troubles, it all started in my attempt to get myself out of poverty, and in doing so, i slipped into something far more uncomfortable than poverty itself.

Tell me, how many times have i been drugged in my life? Three or four? I involuntarily became a regular customer to drugs.

The first time i was drugged was at the hotel where Beatrice and i went after our first meeting. Speaking of Beatrice, its been long since the last time i hear anything concerning her. I think she should still be in prison or in one godforsaken place sha. Thats that on that.

Chioma was the one who helped Adedoyin to drug me back then which automatically made Beatrice to become my sworn enemy. And again, speaking about Chioma, i forgot to tell you that she eventually survived the coma, but the bullet was still logged inside her spinal cord which have ultimately rendered her paralysed for life.

I dont know maybe to be happy with that but if you ask me, i will tell you Chioma deserved what she got. For all the pains she has brought to my life, she deserves far worse. Remember she had a hand in the death of Adedoyin and a whole lot of conspiracies that affected my life, so before you judge me for feeling happy about her condition, you should first ask that light-skinned bi*ch if her hand is ever clean.

The three good things that ever came out of my whole life dramas are the appearance of Therapist Sarah in my life, the birth of my Child and the undying love of Joke.

Oh, speaking about Joke, i must tell you that, during the last two weeks of my stay in prison before this incident happened, she paid me a visit and during our discussion, she promised me that she will never marry another man. She promised she will wait for me till i'm out of prison. And when i asked her that same question that's presently running through your mind, she said she can't stand the thought of another man taking my place in her heart. Well, time will tell if thats true.

BACK TO PRESENT.

Suddenly, the wheel movement came to a stop shortly before i feel myself being lifted inside a place that felt like a container but somehow cold.

Shortly afterwards, i begin to hear two arguing voices coming from the surroundings. One of the voice sounds familiar though but i can't quite point my finger at the exact owner of it.

"you just stick to the story, he was trying to run away from custody and thats why he was gunned down."

"what if they now demand to carry out an autopsy?"

"you dont worry about that one. I already arrange everything. There will be no autopsy...."

"how can you be sure? What about his relatives? Wont.."

"i say you should not worry about it. This is not the first time i'm doing this...and it wont be my last..."

"but once we are done with this, i think we are even..., i dont want to see you on my door step ever again!"

"you wouldn't have a doorstep if it weren't for me you idiot,...."

"thats past tense...."

"will you shut the hell up?"

"make me"

"Dont you know he can hear us? Listen, this task is just what it is....it involves a lot of money and i cant let it slip away just like that. I need this money...."

"so you are telling me all this is for money? Nearly killing someone and injecting him with a coma inducing drug? A drug strong enough to turn him to a vegetable?...ooosh, i hate my role in this....i hate the fact that i helped you accomplish this evil mission.....but don't worry, we are even once we are done here....."

"no, i will let you know when we are even....lets just get this done and dusted once and for all, time has passed for hand wriggling. Lets hope we are not too late gan self, we have wasted a lot of time talking nonsense..."

"you are a poison"

"you bet."

"are we too late for the antidote?"

The web of crises surrounding my embattled life got more entangled by the events that occured exactly two weeks after the day of my sentence.

I wont lie to you, it got really really messy as it goes.

*****

TWO WEEKS AFTER I WAS SENTENCED TO 36YEARS.

The sun was already heading home after the days hard work (cos it scortched throughout) and the moon could be seen warming up to take over, ready to embark on another 12hours on the atmospheric pitch that Is generally known as THE SKY.

The ventilation holes that serves as means for would-be spectators to watch whats going on in the sky from inside the cell was doing a perfect job at the moment when we suddenly started hearing a heavy footstep coming from the lobby that separates the two wings of a 50 units cell approaching us.

It wasn't unusual, but what makes it awkwardly unusual was the timing and the lone footsteps.

We are familiar with the notion that, each time they want to carry out the death sentence of any person on death row, they do it towards evening time but even with that, they come in group and armed. So you can understand the kind of thoughts and fear that was circulating through our bodies when the footstep came to a sudden halt at the front of our own cell.

The ray of light that was coming from the outside didnt reach the iron bar that stands between us and free mobility, which is where the stranger stopped.

He was cladded in a warden uniform but his dark face wasnt clear.

Principal was the first to speak up after surveying the stranger for a brief while. "wetin happen officer?" he queried with a semi-deep voice but the stranger remained mute which made Principal to repeat his question four times before the stranger eventually talked.

"if your name is Darus, come forward now...." he commanded with a very thick marijuana-infested voice.

I could hear my own heart, beating very hard against my chest the very moment i hear my name even though he didnt pronounce it right.

"for what!" Principal queried loudly.

"hey! If you are not Darus, just keep your stinking mouth shut okay!" the stranger in warden cloth fired what appeared like a threatful warning.

I was expecting Principal to speak again in his usual 'I'M THE BOSS' attitude but nothing of such happened. Not even other rugged members could say a word.

Even though i was scared to the bone, i still managed to muster a little bit of courage to stand up.

"what are you doing?" Riddle said in a whisper to me but before i could talk, the stranger spoke again.

"are you Darus?"

"no.... I'm not..." i managed a reply.

"then why did you stand up?" temper could be felt in that statement.

"i'm Darous, not Darus...." i replied as i take the final step to the iron bar separating us. Still i couldnt see his face clearly. I was very scared, uncertain of what could become of me at the moment but i still managed to maintain a calm appearance.

After hearing that, he brought out a phone and checked on the screen before bringing the phone to my face probably for verification or confirmation because i could see my own picture on the screen of the phone.

"its indeed you...." and that was the last thing i hear before i notice him bring up his hand and point something that looked like a gun to my heart region and before my brain could alert my brain for the imminent threat to my life, he fired two quick shots into me.

The last thing i heard before colapsing to the ground were loud screams emanating from my fellow inmates.

****

ABOUT 30 MINUTES LATER.

VOICE 1- we got a gunshot wound to the chest lets move...

VOICE 2- whats the pulse?

VOICE 1- 110, respiratory is still ragged.

VOICE 2- check the carotid.

VOICE 1- B.P is 80 over 50.

VOICE 2- what do we have?

VOICE 1- room 5 is prepped.

VOICE 2- we are gonna take care of you, O.R lets move....

After 3 seconds of silence.

VOICE 2- how many gunshot wounds?

VOICE 1- two in the chest region.

VOICE 2- is patient typing crossed?

VOICE 3- no...

VOICE 2- call the blood bank, send up 4 units of O-negative.

VOICE 3- right away.

VOICE 2- lets go people, we got a life to save.

AFTER SOMETIMES SPENT IN THE SURGERY ROOM.

VOICE 2- gosh..... he didn't make it. There's just too much blood loss and arterial damage.

VOICE 1- time of death 22:09hrs.

What? How can i be dead when i can still hear everything?

The next thing i felt after asking myself that question was a piece of cloth covering my face and a statement that follows from one of the surgeons which says;

"uncuff him and take him to the morgue".

In Fela's voice; DOUBLE WAHALA FOR DEADY BODY.......
