Keep receiving yourself. Buhari is really trying he should continue to close the border
Recently he clamped down on those doing their business legitimately in Yaba, confiscated the clothes they are selling. What will happen to those clothes or the people who have invested all their earnings to be able to feed their families
Buhari is all out to oppress the masses, a shame on anyone supporting this government [/s] no point at all..... |

Dtribeless: While I'm happy you made money from your hustle, the border closure is not good for consumers. It will shift the demand curve leftward and create dead-weight. ONLY EDUCATED RESPONSES: I want to start a serious conversation and not a fight. the border closure may not have the desired effect right now..... but trust me, its advantage will be immense later. |

At this time we had our Forex Certificates being openly traded, rmbr the early 90s to reduce shilling pressure and CBK corruption in those terrible days? Only in Naij! The kind of thing that could only happen in the Giant-I read it twice and lolled each time! It proves everything we've said here many times about their real economy mixed with the typical brazenness (shamelessness) associated only with Naijjans.[/s] do not mention me if u want to bleat, i attend to humans, not goats. |

Kabir2Mohammad: 40mw has the capability to power half of the state, just go and find how many megawatts your state receives frm national grid daily and stop displaying your ignorance 40mw can't power half of the state. Merci. |

destinie2019: They use derogatory names with reckless abandon, then others are banned for pointing out the insults. Nairaland and unfairness. I wanted to get out of the forum on account of the obvious bias, but I won't. they banned me for pointing reciprocating d guy's insult, seems they ban him too. But if he hadn't started with d insult, i wouldn't have delved into it. |

kikuyu1: [s]You have four exchange rates ranging from 350-390 to the dollar and 3 years ago were as low as 450 to the USD. The past 4 years we've been at 100 to USD. We slipped due to foreign interference, namely the Westgate attack 2013,Lamu killings 2014 and the Garissa massacre following year slashed tourism receipts putting pressure on the shilling. IOW, importing basic commodities like you didn't put pressure on our currency. Tell me smth-how did you go from USD parity in the early 90s to the present situation? Any other Naijjan feel free to answer.[/s] i only pointed d fact to u and didn't ask u to read the scroll to me like d pharisees. |
