exact photo on the ds-160 will be used on the visa.Thats why they will turn anyone who doesn't upload it on his form away, because if he gets the visa, there will be no photo to print on the visa. some guys usually stand in front of the Indian embassy .They try to coerce visa applicants into taking a wait and get photo for 2000naira.They will tell the applicant that it's compulsory to take a passport along with y ¥€r application, whereas that's a lie.If the applicant falls for their gimmick,he will oblige them. But on getting to the embassy,he or she will realise that it's not needed, meaning they played a fast one on him.Same goes for those who make a photocopy of their data page for 1000naira just after the Indian embassy.
omoluabiguy:
I don't like arguing on something that's considered a "public knowledge" because it was implemented sometime last year and its clearly written on the embassy's website. Instead of going back on forth on this, why not just go thru the rules on the embassy's website for further enlightenment. As for the recent form you filled without uploading your passport, I can guarantee you 100% that you'll be turned back if you don't rectify that. All the best with your interview bro
this is the 4th time i have been refused a u.s visa in the last one and half years, even after haven travelled to usa for more than eight times in the last 5 years.iam 100% sure i did not break any rules.i have valid visas to many other countries including u.k and canada.my questions are ,
1)what could be the possible reasons?
2)is there any way to find out the reasons?
3)is there any right to appeal?
4)how do i correct this problem if there is any?
5)is there a general problem recently with people who say they are going to buy cars?because thats what i do.
6)how many times can one reapply in a year?

thanks for your candid suggestions

0
Its a tricky one.Very strange considering you have travelled to the US severally, and claim not to have broken any rules.Something must have happened the last time you visited the US.Try to think it through.Did you have any issue with the US CBP?Did you make any statement which contradicted your DS 160 form?I dont think you can appeal. The decision of the CO is final.Just consider these points and lets see how it goes.

ighojohn: Hello house,

i need your advice and assistance, firstly, have an account with eco back that i use always and close to 2m have run through it and the balance there is 400k but the issue is that the name on that account is different from the one on my passport, and recent i set up an account with gtb with balance of 60k but i intend to transfer the 400k to this new account and the new account carry the name on my passport, what should i do ? can i make use of the old acc or the new one. but the thing is that i have a sponsor that will take care of every thing do i still need my statement of account ?

secondly how do i get a fax number cause my sponsor want to fax his documents to me but i dont have a fax machine or number.

i need your advice on this please.
To get a us visa, you have to be qualified regardless of whoever is sponsoring you.Being married and having a good job gives you a fantastic chance of getting the visa. The sponsor has to provide his financial docs ,but you may also need to present yours to prove that you are financially stable, and you do not intend to elope.Try to reconcile those accounts in order to make them more sizeable.Be hopeful for the best

Abrantie: As if I knew something was up. Frankly, I haven't heard about this Goldie until today/yesterday. However, after looking at her pics and last name, and brief background about her mama and papa, I became curious. Something just didn't add up because Nigerians don't take names like Harvey.

To put it bluntly, she was a low self-esteem (but may be talented) fake. Now I'm convinced she did drugs while in Yankee. The long flight from Los Angeles to Nigeria didn't help either.
She was allegedly asmathic, and one wonders the effects of a long haul flight on that

Sports › Re: Player Rating - Nigeria Vs Burkina Faso AFCON Final by TheEnforcer: 4:11pm On Feb 11, 2013
Gbenge 77: ENYEAMA was amazing all tournament. He was almost impeccable. OMERUO won his battle with battle with Bance, limiting him to shooting from distance. He is a fantastic defender, although guity of being caught out of position at times. OBOABONA is a no nonsense defender, always winning the aerial battles. No luk for the gargatuan stallion forwards,as he was always breathing down their neck. Will be an integral part of the EAGLES for some time to come. AMBROSE-You could be forgiven for thinking he was an attaking midfielder, given the way he audaciously ventures into the oppositions half, looking for options.Full of running,he usually breezes past players like there was no one there.Even came close with a bullet header himself.FANTASTIC! ONAZI could do with an 8,linked defence and attack superbly, and is not afraid of the tackle, although made some rash challenges. MIKEL was superb also, ensurig the stallions did not get a foothold on the game. MBA is a tireless workaholic in midfield.Adventurous and sometimes unplayable. The game may seem to pass him by at some point, but then he pops out of nowhere to score a fabulous goal. MOSES is quite dexterous on the ball,Always scheming, inventing and creating.Helps us maintain the tempo for long periods.HE s proved to be an amazing snatch froM ENGLAND! IDEYE is a huge presence in the box,and holds up play quite nicely. He is sometimes unplayable, but he could do with better finishing. MUSA is a handful for defenders, and adds a bit of structure to our game.Full of running and trickery,he sometimes leaves defenders for dead, dancing and jinking past them. EMENIKE all action style has endeared him to many.Powerful and blessed with a thunderous shot,he was almost indispensable to the team;and his bullet free kicks comes in specially. You better not stand in the way of his free kick,as you might just end up in the hospital. This happened when the Ivorian defence inexcusably broke in fear as he thundered that free kick home. WHAT A PHENOMENAL ACHIEVEMENT BY THE EAGLES!
Sports › Re: Nigeria Vs Burkina Faso - AFCON 2013 Final (1 - 0) - On 10th February 2013 by TheEnforcer: 2:31pm On Feb 10, 2013
Gbenge 77: The Burkinabe side are fluid and cohesive.Their two holding midfielders rarely venture forward, while allowing the full backs freedom to overlap. They dont play aimless balls. When tightly marked, they play one-twos until they are able to play a forward pass, while pressing energetically.Bance holds up play excellently, returns a pass, and moves int position.Kabore's does a marvellous job of probing the opposition defence with his measured passing.Against Ghana, their two holding midfielders rarely ventured forward, thereby stifling Ghanaian attacks through the centre.Bance even retreated to break up Ghanas play on a couple of occasions.Their style of play is fluid and cohesive, and their high, enegetic ,pressing Game can hurt any team ,forcing the oppositions defence into misplaced passes. This occured when Badu was caught in possesion and Bance finished nicely. Nigeria has to be wary of this.BURKINA FASO'S WEAKEST LINK IS KOULIBALY.On an occasion,he tried to play the offside trap, inadvertently playing Gyan through, but Gyans shot clipped the crossbar.Later,he lashed out at Gyan inside the box.Nigeria have to take advantage of him. Nigeria on the other hand play a nice, passing game, with Mikel directing play, but there are three components to Nigerias game. 1.MIKELS DIAGONALS TO THE WIDE PLAYERS,which sometimes leaves the opposition full backs at sea. 2.MOSES DRIFTING TO THE CENTRE-Mose receives the ball in a left position ,and quickly drifts inside, thereby functioning as an emergency number 10.By doing this,he attempts to take advantage of gaps in the oppositions defence. 3.THE CONSTANT OVERLAPPING THREAT OF THE FULL BACKS.This enabled Echiejile to score a goal in the last game. 4.RELENTLESS HARRYING OF THE OPPOSITION-Nigerian players harry, hound ,and mercillessly pursue the opposion,in a bid to stop them from playing. This was a bit effective agaist MALI In short,if Nigeria is able to stop the fluid, cohesive style of the Stallions,we will carry the day.Thats about it
Good
Sports › Re: Moses Begged Mikel Before Taking The Penalty Against Ethiopia by TheEnforcer: 4:10pm On Feb 01, 2013
Phrankve1: Everything that has mikels name on it people will come with their negative insight. This guy has been one of our best players in this tournament, I dont know why he is getting unnecessary hatred from Nigerians. Is there any nigerian player that has been able to play for a top club for 7 years and still counting.

Mikel was a better creative player before going to chelsea, due to the numbers in the midfield position he was converted to a holding midfielder. My question to all the haters... If you were in mikel's shoes and you were ask to become a keeper for chelsea with 20-30 million naira as your weekly wages would you refute the offer?

This guy has wiped poverty from his generation and you guys are here hating on him.

He might not be jay jay,but he is the best midfielder Nigeria has now .

Even some babes wey no understand football self dey talk,if there bf or hubby hate mikel dey don hate em be that..
I think its totally erroneous to refer to Mikel as Nigerias best midfielder.Even Rahmon azeez, the under 20 midfielder plays better. He has visionary, plays from box to box, creative, inventive and weighs in with some fantastic goals as well.Mikel on the other hand is never daring, slows down play uneccessarily, lets play pass him by,and shoots waywardly.Thats the reason hes still without a premier league goal.He cannot be considered a top defensive midfielder because he is not combative, and seldom manages to break up play.I think he is just content earning his salary, and is not willing to turn his game up a notch.Thats all there is to it.
