I guess the difference is cos Abbeykord applied for TMR North, while you FESTAC101 applied for TMR South?
Maybe extra cognitive assessment is to test for fluency in hausa

Yes...you will need a calculator and please in case your laptop battery is low, do not start until your laptop is fully charged. I tried the examples before my laptop battery became low...clicked on "save to finish later" only for me to come back to complete the numerical reasoning....my time was over an hour...a test that should take approximately 25mins. I hope it will not count against me sha. Good luck!

Ur planing how after application if shorlisted they sent a link in ur email for cultural after that check ur email again if u are successful for next link and stages till u get to phone interview stage evertin was done in 2 hours got four successs emails

The guy actually said if you were not contacted after 5days, it means you weren't successful. Don't know if anyone is thinking towards that.

It was a panel interview...not too technical.
I think the time it'll take will depend largely on the questions you're asked, and how you respond to them.

Since you're being considered for a different role, your questions are likely to be different but as a rule of thumb, expect questions from your CV- proficiencies, experience, and so on.

Please do have a grasp of the Job Responsibilities for the role for which you're being considered as well.

You might also want to prepare for general interview questions as; "let's meet you", "why should we hire you", and the likes...simply market to them exactly what they're looking to buy as contained in the Job Responsibilities.

Its for real, once you log in, I advise answer the disqualification questions before you proceed
Age,experience, grade.

If you are between (27-32 ) you qualify anything above or below don't bother

Mind you, your data is stored once disqualified so don't bother trying to re apply with another user name

I'm being considered for the same role (WHO STATE/FIELD OFFICER) and have been interviewed a few days back after taking the assessment.

Well, salary wasn't discussed at all in my case, so it's highly unlikely you'll be given room for negotiation.

Try to have a grasp of the Job Responsibilities as contained in the MS-Word attachment in your interview (email) invite before setting out.
