if you are paying in installments you are exposed to more risks like scam, misbehaviour, etc, but if you pay outright you take the property immediately, but you may be surprised to pay for some years and see another person in possession of the property
lol,that can be devastating,thanks

It depends on your flow of incomes, if it's a steady flow of income

It depends on the agreement you will have with the agent or the owner base in the terms and conditions

It also depends on if you will forfeit the property and your money if you default base on your payment plans

Will you pay half and pay the complete payment after about six months or one year or you are paying monthly installments

But I think you should save up to 80% of the money then make attempt

Remember to involve a lawyer as their may be issues later due to economic factors
I get your point,thanks

when you pay in installments you ultimately pay more for that item...so the important question IS: are you so desperate that you cannot wait until you get all the money, and instead rather pay more for that item?!?
yea,thanks for your opinion

There re broke men with visions, and if that man is perfectly nurtured,he would be rich in no distant future.

It's stupid advices like these that makes men do the unthinkable (rituals, steal)just to feel accepted n be termed rich.
A brilliant take from you

SDP candidate just has stated that Atiku and PandoraObi should call JAGABAN to say Congratulations after THE RIVERS STATE RESULTS was announced.

That is a sensible candidate who wants the progress and peace of our darling nation.
Unlike the ones calling for war and chaos.
They will celebrate and sing to high heavens thee states they won, but shout rigging and what have you in any states they lost.
Bunch of terrorists and fools.

Meanwhile,

Nairalanders, give a round of applaud to the first and ONLY SENSIBLE Obidient we come across on Nairaland and Nigeria as a whole.
God bless your parents for giving us a King like you Sir Guru.
A true Guru in the house.
We hope the other Obidients can learn from your wisdom.
A better and prosperous Nigeria is all we want.

seems you're on weed, what progress are you talking about? Who are you to support the president?

PoliticsRe: The Bais Nature Of Nigerian Politics by TheGoodmanCaleb(op): 8:59am On Feb 09, 2023
Franzinni:
Well said but you know the reality is ...most Nigerians are tribalistic and nepotistic by design. They only care about themselves first and exude the I better pass my neighbor mentality. . they are an unpatriotic bunch who only praise what ever benefits them and puts down whatever doesn't... Eg RENO. Who speak from 3 sides of his mouth

Nigerians are the problem of Nigeria ... The politicians are only like vultures, they see the opportunity to profit off the backs of greedy narrow minded people ... And that is why they prefer to pillage the national coffers than to build a single road.

It is a symbiotic relationship.
you're absolutely right
PoliticsRe: Patrick Okowa Requests To Borrow Another ₦‎20 Billion (See Request Letter) by TheGoodmanCaleb: 2:43am On Feb 09, 2023
Hendrixky:
After this election we are going to be aware of certain things
1)the problem of Nigeria is tribalism and not all about religion but mostly tribalism
And hausas are not really tribalistic the way we thought
But the yorubas are more tribalistic..the problem with hausas is that little religious line..apart from that hausas are fantastic people

Because as at the time Buhari was sick and travelling for medical attention we all was clamouring for him to hand over to a healthy and vibrant Osinbajo. We regretted our action of being stupid to elect a sick old man

But now we have a vibrant and healthy Peter obi contesting but the yorubas because of tribalism wants us to install tinubu again knowing fully well that the world will mock us

The worse part of it is that the pain and memory of the incessant travel for medical check up by Buhari is still very fresh in our mind.not like it happened 20 years ago. It just happened yesterday..

And for all those quoting me. Please am not any of this tribe not igbo, yoruba or hausa. I'm from the South South
You deserve an award definitely
PoliticsThe Bais Nature Of Nigerian Politics by TheGoodmanCaleb(op): 2:32am On Feb 09, 2023
From what I have been seeing on nairaland,my interview with a lot of people on social media and in person,I came to discover why Nigeria and Africa are still where they are today.
From a clearer perspective,I would like to state that
the main causes of the misfortune we have in this nation is
1) The Citizens, Then the government follows.
I'm in no way trying to talk down any presidential candidate, neither am I in full support of any candidate.
First of all,I would like to say we all listened to the speeches our presidential candidates did dish out to us,and on so many occasions one of them always speak in a way we don't understand, and quite so many people think it's right to make such person a president of a nation like Nigeria with a lot of sane and educated people says a lot. Imagine he becomes our president and then maybe visiting the White House he can't coordinate his speeches, what would the world think about us,they are gonna say his dumb, call him names, and we the citizens will have to pay with our dignity. What makes you think a man who can't coordinate a sentence would make a positive impact in this nation. I'm in no way trying to talk down anybody but I absolutely think majority of Nigerians are sane and can express themselves well without having to say what their not supposed to say.
I think we all should not vote a Yoruba man because we are Yuroba's. I believe we should not vote an Igbo man because we feel he's from the south and an Igbo man has not been president. I think we should not vote a Housa man because we believe we own the seat of power and if our brother is there,he might do us great favour.
When our current president was about been elected into power, most of us from the north wey chanting "sai baba" because he belongs to us,now we all face hardship while he's somewhere chilling his ass off with billions of dollars waiting for his retirement,so many lives lost, and we still think going the same way will do us good? No.
Do not just think about yourself, think about your country,if you don't care about your neighbor, care about the innocent unborn children at least. THINK.
