LoL. Ordinary Kogi state has a bigger land mass than the entire south east. Niger state is 3 times the size of the entire south east. These states should be asking to be their own countries then. |

Ethnic Group: a community or population made up of people who share a common cultural background or descent.
Only the south east and south west has what comes close to the above definition.
In my opinion, this will satisfy every ethnic group
Would you like to explain how this will satisfy the North Central and North East? |

Save Agatu people of Otugo-Olugu village, By Oheto village in Obagaji LGA, Benue state.
The entire village was burnt down yesterday sunday, by The Nigerian Army over the alleged killing of a soldier by one of the indegenes.
As I am writing now, the survivors are hiding and sleeping in the bush where they have taking refuge.
Don't forget, these people suffered a heavy blow by fulani herdsmen recently where homes and lot of houses were lost.
Pls help save the Agatu people.

DonX001: What of using Paypal or Skrill, those ones are not as 'esoteric' as bitcoin to a non-techy user, and you could easily give them instructions on how to sign up, and then send the money to them through that.
But you'll need to find out whether they can receive Paypal/Skrill payments in Ethiopia though. I was going to use Skrill, then he told me Internet has been blocked in Ethiopia. It's year 2016 and governments can still wake up and block people's Internet. I told him to go to the embassy so they'll advice him on what to do. |

No withdrawals on foreign ATM with Nigerian Debit Cards. At least, I'm sure of GTB and First Bank. O boi! So how did you get funds or plan to get funds. |
Business › Re: Help! How Do I Send Money To Someone In Another Country? by theguvnor(op): 4:46pm On Dec 05, 2016 |
Dreamwaker: An alternative account is when you have more than one bank account. For example, you have accounts with GTB, UBA and FCMB. GTB could be the one you use the most and the others are just accounts you opened because one fine girl came to you as a marketer to open account. Now you might now have lots of cash in the other two accounts because you don't use them often so if you transfer the money that you want to send to this account and spend the ATM card to the person by DHL, then they can use the card you send to withdraw. I know GTB reduced their oversea spending limit to 100 dollars a while ago, I don't know if they have reverted it.
I know that waiting list is protocol but these bankers know how to send money without following the waiting list protocol. Yeah. I think the ATM is what I'll use. Thanks bro |
Business › Re: Help! How Do I Send Money To Someone In Another Country? by theguvnor(op): 3:39pm On Dec 05, 2016 |
Dreamwaker: Talk to your accounts officer. They haven't exceeded any limit, they have reserved the foreign money for special customers. You could also pay the money to your alternative account and send the ATM CARD to the person in that country so they can withdraw the money using your card. That's what I did anyway. Thanks for the quick reply. Please what's an alternative account. Also my brother works in the bank, he said there's a new CBN policy that you must have 16 inbound transaction for 1 outbound transaction. And they already have over 100 people on the waiting list |

Any suggestions on what to do? |

dowjones: Darwinex
FCA regulated (UK regulated), very tight spreads and commission, Metatrader, and they preach money management. (confirm from their youtube page)
Dukascopy Swiss regulated, its the subsidiary of a swiss bank. You can open a swiss account with these guys for free. This account can be used to fund any other FX broker. Their platform is Jforex. their only downside is they dont use metatrader.
These two brokers are brokers are my personal choice. i've done my research on them. and i will use both of them when i get back into forex next year. I will open a swiss account with Dukascopy and transfer my funds to Darwinex.
There are other very good brokers but i have limited my suggestion to these two for several reasons.
For the advice part. FX is quite broad, i will suggest you ask me questions on its specific aspects. Trading, risk management, brokers, strategies etc. |
