Biko me I want to buy phone to, I have only 40k. I tot of buying hot 7 or spark 3, but after lots of research, not good stories abt these two brands. Biko, someone should recommend food phone for me abeg. I need it to have good camera and battery life. I no wan waste this my 40k and after 6months the phone don start to turnioniown

I have tried to check through the new options online, but I'm scared to buy a phone that won't serve me. Cos in the buhari regime, every kobo counts��

I have checked thru the new infinix hot 7 pro, tecno spark 3, pouvir 2. I don't know which to go for.

My darling, ur concerns are good, doesn't make u a bad person at all. But I'm only going to say, you can't eat ur cake and have it. That he is not as ambitious as you are doesn't mean he is going to be poor. All you just have to do is FOLLOW YOUR HEART. You can't go into marriage based on only Love. You must consider a lot of things. Sit down and discuss, communication is key.

While I was dating my husband (then boyfriend) I had other cool guys who were after me, one of them was even a white guy. They had more money than my boyfriend did. He earned 50k monthly and as at the say he proposed, he had only 6k in his account(that I knew of)

Mind u, our wedding was fantastic and we didn't borrow a dime. He doesn't drink, smoke and all day so all he earns he puts into the family.

That's the kind of husband I wanted, and I know he will make it.
I am more educationally intelligent than he is, but he is still the best teacher I have. Submission.

This country is just a joke. Mediocrity is been celebrated everyday. Stupidity has been the order of the day. Celebrities springing up from nowhere, all they need to do is be stupid. Being in the kitchen, most times seems to be a tedious affair. I can imagine that most people don't seem to have enough ease and comfort while cooking.
Some people just think the workload is too much, the accidents and teary eyes and burnt pots and spilling oil, everything just seems odd.

But trust me, it's not as difficult as it seems, over time I have discovered quite some tricks that can ease up the kitchen stress.

Here are some tricks youight want to use when next you are in the kitchen:

Whether you are trying to lose weight or add on weight, the result you get and how fast you get them depends on:

1. The kind of food you eat with the right portioning and timing.

2. The kind of exercises you do, how you do them and how often.

3. The amount of sleep/rest you allow your body to get DAILY!

80% of people who eats beans experience heartburn after eating it. For some people it is subtle and they can drink lots of water and milk to ease the burns, but for others, it is so severe that no amount of water or milk actually does anything.
I love beans so much and I can't do without eating it at least thrice a week, but as a child eating beans meant war for me. I remember not been able to go to school one morning cos I had heartburn from the beans I ate the previous night. Yeah, it was that bad until I found a solution.
I discovered that not having heartburn after eating beans is dependent on how the beans is cooked.
So here is a step by step direction on how to cook your beans so you can enjoy it without the fear of heartburn.



1. Soak ur beans in water for abt 5mins before putting into the boiling water on the fire.

2. Parboil your beans: Once the beans comes to the boil, seive out the water. Add another water and put it back on the fire. Do this abt three times before adding the final water for it to cook properly.

3. When you have added the final water, add lots of onions, as much as u like.
Note: always slice your onions for ur beans round and flat not diced or chopped. The sliced onions you put while the beans is boiling helps it cook better and faster. You can add you chopped onions as spice when you are adding other spice later.

4. Allow your beans boil well. Beans needs patience to cook well. If u eat beans that is not well cooked, u most likely can't run away from having heartburn. So allow it time to cook well.

NOTE: if u want to really enjoy ur beans, cook it a night before the day you need it. Boil the beans till its cooked, let it have a little water in it, leave it covered in the pot till the next morning.
The next day, put the pot of beans back on the fire, let it boil well, add all ur other ingredients apart from your red oil, let it boil well. Then finally add ur red oil. When it's boiled, turn with a wooden spoon. Turning ur beans with a metal spoon makes it burn quickly.

5. If u can add any fresh green vegetable of you choice to your beans, Ugu preferably, it kinda works better with beans.
