Snowangel4:that's why I didn't bother replying. Thanks all the same. |
LizGray:why the insult? |
We dated back in the university during my undergraduate days. At first we were doing fine and things went on smoothly. Trouble started when she started following some group of girls and they started telling her all manner of stuffs about me that weren't true. They said all manner of lies against me and she started treating me badly and comparing me with some of her friends and what their boyfriends do for them. This was some I always gave from the little I had back then. There was a time she was very sick and I stayed with her in the hospital for 3days. Even those her so called friends weren't there not to talk of seeing her. I can't imagine how many times I've been of help to her. But she always called me names. It got to a point where she would walk out on me and even insult me openly but I had this believe that love was patient and I remained patient. It got to a point that she would go and see other guys and when I ask her she would shout at me and call me names. This was the first girl I've loved in my life. It got to a point that she ridiculed me publicly and even made fun of me in the presence of her friends whenever I pass. I can't remember how many times I cried at night and begged her. I virtually used everyone I know to beg her bit she refused and said i was just a student and that she can't date a student. It got to a point that she would she would tell her boyfriend then to belittle me by splashing dirty water on my body whenever he drove past me. Then she would love at me. I made her realise that one day she would regret her actions. There was a day I went to see if I could talk to her and try and explain things to her but instead she humiliated me publicly and even went as far as pouring water on my body and telling her boyfriend. Her boyfriend then later in the evening came with some of his friends and started fighting me. I got injured on the left side of my eye which left a nasty black scar there until date but not as visible as it was back then. I later decided to stay away from her and move on. I finished school and went for service and after my service I went abroad for my masters and came back to Nigeria and I got a job at an oil processing and servicing company in Warri with a six figure salary. Though when I left school I changed my number and got a new Facebook account and deactivated the old one. I got a request from her on Facebook and initially I didn't want to accept but I later did. She was asking how have been and I told her I've been fine. She asked for my number and I gave her. She called me one day and started telling me what she had been going through. She told me that she dropped out of school and that her mom who was paying her fees had partial stroke at some point and I sympathized with her. She told me how she regrets everything she did to me and how she's suffering for it. I smiled and told her it's all in the past. She started crying and weeping. I told her not to bother crying that I'm not moved by her tears. Now she's looking very frustrated and in a very bad state. She wants us to come back and I made it clear to her that it won't happen. |
Remove Western Delta University from that list. It's a sorry school that shouldn't even exist. |
Lianabae:yea. If I have someone like her i won't cheat on her. She possesses all the qualities I desire in a woman. |
God knows this is the type of women I like and will love to marry. I can't imagine myself cheating on her. |
We Niger deltans are not kidnappers. We fight a just cause. Let them check well its their people that are responsible. |
I'm not surprised. Yorubas are renowned cowards and fantastically chicken-hearted. |
Berlyn:keep quiet. Stop trying to justify cheating. Cheating is cheating. We may not be perfect but we are still the ones that call the shots. Deal with that. |
My type of women. I like my women fleshy. Nothing I hate more than a skinny girl. |
That's the difference between an Arab and an average Nigerian. Nigerians are born cowards. They don't know their rights. They're very quick to lynch a petty thief who probably stole Maggi cubes or indomie noodles than a politician who robs them of their birthrights. Ways to go Turks. |
Op I'm not good at giving advice but I should tell you the truth that girl is not worth your time. I had a girl like that back then when i was in the University. She would deny everything when I confront her. I even got to find out that she was sleeping with people she was far older than. But look at me today. I'm a very happy man and on the other hand, she's a depressed person. |
ojun50:he already has a statement of result from the school. What he is demanding for is his transcript. |
A friend of mine made a 2.2 (2.93) from Western Delta University, Oghara, Delta State. He graduated in 2014 and was mobilised for Batch C 2015. He was issued a statement of result, was mobilised for service and was given a call-up letter by the same university. He was posted to Borno and camped in Nasarawa initially but redeployed to Delta state due to Nysc policy on automatic redeployment to Corp members posted to troubled states. This guy completed his service in 2015 and was given his discharge certificate. He came back to his school to demand for his transcript cos he wanted to further his studies abroad, only for the school to say he had 10 carryovers. They later said it was 7. The school is telling him to come back to rewrite those courses. This was a guy that was cleared by the department, faculty, bursary, exams and records and every other part of the university. Seriously I don't understand this at all cos the guy's parents are planning on taking legal actions against the university. The statement of result was neither forged, issued under duress or obtained criminally. The school is saying that a mistake was made and that the school has a right to withdraw the result. The guy's lawyer issued a litigation paper to school and the school initially refused to sign but later did and were very furious with the person who signed it. They said they should settle it amicably and so members of the admin came and urged his father not to sue the school that they should settle it amicably and that the school doesn't have money for legal issues and that they've not been paid for 5 months. Please nairalanders what do you think about this issue. I need answers pls. Mods pls move to front page. |

0ubenji:funny enough they gave this guy a statement of result, mobilised him for service and even gave him a call up letter. They said the sch has a right to withdraw the result if they detect their was an error. I laughed cos the certificate wasn't forged, was issued under duress or obtained criminally. So what basis can a statement of result be withdrawn again o? |

Cutehector:he has a statement of result. But what he is demanding for is his transcript so he can further his studies. |

I'm yet to see anyone opening a thread to condemn the activities of these herdsmen but I can't count the number of threads that have been opened to call NDA criminals and peaceful too. |
Bother more about your life and not the grammatical error that was made. |
The militant group, Niger Delta Avengers say what they want is a country of their own, and not pipeline contracts. The group also claimed to have blown up another NNPC Gas and Crude trunkline close to Warri, that was purportedly heavily guarded by military personnel. The group in a series of tweets said, ““At 11:45PM on Thursday, @Niger Delta Avengers blew up another NNPC Gas and Crude trunkline close to Warri. Pipeline that was heavily guarded by the military.” It also tweeted that “The Niger Delta stakeholders meeting is an insult to the people of the Niger Delta. What we need is a sovereign state, not pipeline contracts. “To the International Oil Companies, IOCs and the Nigeria military, watch out, something big is about to happen and it would shock the whole world.” https://ripplesnigeria.com/we-want-sovereign-state-not-contracts-avengers-say/ |
