Multi tv as primary, 16e at the right when facing dish then tstv at the top leftside using 1.8cm

Am using mytv cable tv on 4940, it was always freeezing and i decided to do factory reset.
After the reset mytv channels didnt come up while multi tv and boom tv work fine..
What could be the problem pls..
