is kinda surprising that some of our lawyers don't even understand the law. Is simple as ABC, when INEC have already approved the candidacy of a contestant to seek for a seat, the court doesn't have the power to disqualify that particular candidate. Any allegations against a candidate should either be filed before INEC approved his candidacy or after the elections are done with.
