Lagos Ibadan and Shagamu-Benin expressway have not been under construction since 2010. Where did you get that from? Benin-Ore was the road under construction and has been completed. That is about 100km road. Shagamu-Ore was recently awarded fro reconstruction. It wasnt as bad as the Benin-Ore axis but it was still awarded for reconstruction as part of the whole reconstruction of Lagos-Benin stretch. Lagos Ibadan was awarded to JB in late 2013 and work started in 2014 and is still ongoing with good progress. The initial contract for Lagos-Ibadan was awarded to Babalakin, OBJ's boy, who failed to perform and the contract was revoked, juts like his contract for MMA Lagos
