It was posted by livenewsng.com, An anti-Buhari site dedicated to GEJ propaganda. and they posted it here quoting Transperency international.

This is a paid advert nah! beside there is another body calling themselves Transparency international in Nigeria and the real Transparency international has dissociate itself from the body, maybe your stats is from them. Bross! in this 21st century no reputable organisation would make a statement like this without having copy of it their website.

You may think nothing is happening...but me...I prefer to remain suspicious of the NNPC. (And my suspicions go way back before GEJ)

He wasn’t being asked about moral corruption nor was the stage appropriate for family/traditional values.

The explanation he gave was simply out of place and it’s laughable for him to try and differentiate stealing from corruption when the cases he specifically talked about must have been those of public office holders.

Besides, even if the cases where such that stuff was physically stolen, there must have been an enabling environment created by the corrupt superiors that allowed it fester
