Religion / The Koran Reveals The Identity Of History's Greatest Failure & Promise Breaker by TheOutlaw: 12:50am On Feb 20, 2020
Copied from Reddit.

Both Muhammad’s Favorite Wife (Aisha) and the Second Caliph (Umar) Testified That a Verse Was Removed from the Qur'an.

Muslims are fond of boasting that the koran is a perfectly preserved book. However all the historical evidence from most trusted sources show that this claim is simply nonsense.
There are many missing verses from the koran, but the most famous one is called the verse of the Rajam (Stoning of adulterers)

Indeed, the fact that the Qur’an once had, but no longer contains a verse decreeing that adulterers should be stoned is confirmed by two authorities whom muslims have no choice but to believe:

1 .Muhammad’s successor as the Commander of the Faithful, Umar (reigned 634-644 CE) who said:

“Allah sent Muhammad with the Truth and revealed the Holy Book to him, and among what Allah revealed, was the Verse of the Rajam the stoning of married persons”

(Sahih Bukhari 8:82:817)

2 And Muhammad's child bride and favourite wife Aisha known as the Mother of the Faithful also tells us how this verse went missing:

“The verse of stoning and of suckling an adult ten times were revealed, and they were (written) on a paper and kept under my bed. When the Messenger of Allah expired and we were preoccupied with his death, a goat entered and ate away the paper.”

(Sunan Ibn Majah 1934)

So according to the Defender of the Faith, Umar and the Mother of the Faithful, Aisha it seems obvious that Allah failed when he declared as follows:

“It is We Who sent down the Qur’an and indeed we will be its guardian”

(Qur’an 15:9)

This of course raises a lot of questions muslims are too confused to answer.

How could Allah have been so spectacularly careless to let part of his perfect guidance to humanity get lost in this way?

If allah was indeed truly the guardian of the koran, why was the Koran's guardian powerless to stop a mere goat from humiliating and embarrassing him?

The common sense answer to this question is obviously that allah only existed in Muhammad's imagination and he was never a real god.

Muslims usually come up with the excuse that the Rajam was abrogated, but the problem with this is that before a verse can be said to have been abrogated, it would have to have been in the koran in the first place.

And a second obvious reason it couldn't have been abrogated is because "abrogate" in the context of the koran means replacement of a verse with something better and that would mean replacement of stoning with something else which obviously hasn't happened.

So muhammad's imaginary friend allah is an epic failure and promise breaker

I brought Ibn Abbass Tafseer of the koran.. I believe Ibn Abbass who was annointed by muhammad is a far greater authority on the koran than you can ever be.

Debaiz:

I’m not asking you to believe me. In fact I don’t believe either you or ibn abass. I only believe the Quran and the prophet himself. Anyone else, I don’t care.

Bring Quran citation or what ever you’re saying is nonsense. That what any Muslim would ask for.
Islam for Muslims / Re: The Universe Came Into Existence After Not Existing by TheOutlaw: 5:57pm On Feb 14, 2020
Because my LORD is a LORD of justice not a god of sex like allah.

God killed all the Israelite men and Baal Peor women who were committing whoredom and spared the lives of those who kept themselves chaste. What is wrong with that?

Stop comparing our LORD with your Sex Award Winner (SAW) grin

AntiChristian:

Don't bring that crap. After killing all the young innocent male kids, they took away the young girls to enjoy!

Why can't your LORD forgive the young males children?

Your God is violent and supports violence/raping in your words!

Blame your Lord first!
Islam for Muslims / Re: The Universe Came Into Existence After Not Existing by TheOutlaw: 5:53pm On Feb 14, 2020
Isn't Ibn Abbass the man who was given a special anointing to interpret the koran by muhammad? So who should I believe between you and Ibn Abbass?

Debaiz:

I will oblige to engage you only if you can point out where this is said in the Quran.

My point on Big Bang theory has a reference in the Quran which I can point out only If you can point out your reference from the Quran then we can talk. I don’t discuss someone said this someone said that.

According to Ibn Abbass who is the greatest interpreter of the koran, the world is on the back of a whale. Show me how this is consistent with science.

Debaiz:

Science didn’t render anything useless. If anything, science is proving what the Quran said to be right.

Universe was created out of nothing(existed after not existing)

Did your science say something existed before the universe?

Your science started knowing about the the Big Bang theory in the 19th century.

The Quran had talked about the Big Bang theory 1400 years ago.

Science is too young for some of what the Quran teaches.

Know your religion before saying you’re a Muslim.

7 And they warred against the Midianites, as the LORD commanded Moses; and they slew all the males. 8 And they slew the kings of Midian, beside the rest of them that were slain; namely, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, five kings of Midian: Balaam also the son of Beor they slew with the sword. 9 And the children of Israel took all the women of Midian captives, and their little ones, and took the spoil of all their cattle, and all their flocks, and all their goods. 10 And they burnt all their cities wherein they dwelt, and all their goodly castles, with fire. 11 And they took all the spoil, and all the prey, both of men and of beasts. 12 And they brought the captives, and the prey, and the spoil, unto Moses, and Eleazar the priest, and unto the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the camp at the plains of Moab, which are by Jordan near Jericho.

17 Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. 18 But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves

The problem is that even in the koran Allah himself swears on Muhammad's life. Allah also swears on a multitude of other things in the koran

Crime / Motunrayo Rafiu, Law School Student, Others Kidnapped On Kabba Road, Kogi by TheOutlaw: 11:13am On Feb 06, 2020
Motunrayo Rafiu, a recent graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, has been kidnapped on her way to resume at the Abuja campus of the Nigerian Law School.

Miss Rafiu left her home in Ogun State on Tuesday morning. It was gathered that she was kidnapped along Kabba road in Kogi State.

She was earlier declared missing by her colleagues and friends, who posted her pictures on social media, but the news of her abduction was later confirmed by her mother, Kudirat Rafiu.

Mrs Rafiu, who spoke with this correspondent on Wednesday, said the abductors made a demand of N5 million.

Meanwhile, she did not disclose whether or not there are plans to pay the ransom.

“I was calling her line all through yesterday. At a point, she even complained that I was calling her too much. It was not up till 15 minutes after she told me that the bus arrived Kabba that she refused picking calls.

“I was worried and another relative helped in trying her phone number. Later yesterday, someone who introduced himself as a soldier informed us that Motunrayo alongside others were victims of kidnapping and that their luggage are still in the bus.

“This morning, she (Motunrayo) was the one who called with an unknown number that she was kidnapped and the kidnappers are demanding five million naira,” the mother told our correspondent.

Mrs Rafiu said the family reported the case to officers at a police station in Ogun state but was informed that the incident happened outside their jurisdiction.

When our correspondent reached out to the police spokesperson in Kogi, Williams Aya, he said he was not aware of the incident.

Mr Aya requested for the details of the kidnap, which PREMIUM TIMES forwarded to him immediately.

SURGE IN KIDNAPPING

Aside from the resurgent Boko Haram attacks in the North-east, there have been increased cases of killings and kidnappings across the country.

This led to protest by members of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) across the country on Sunday.

The menace of insecurity topped the topics debated in the Senate last week.

Honestly the sheer stupidity of these people has no beginning or end. Anyone can see that Zlatan was humorously trying to communicate a message of religious harmony.

They will get triggered over something small like this, but kidnapping and rape of little non muslim girls, suicide bombers and other forms of terrorism does not trigger them. Instead they will accuse you of islamophobia whenever you ask them to stop their animalistic behaviour. A bunch of lunatics.

same also goes to their men - they are also now more educated, smarter and seriously shy away from early marriage - hence the reason why many of them are now more into premarital sex and drugs.

I see. So both lies and ignorance are your problems. Because if they weren't, you wouldn't have pretended that you didn't notice the Quran verse I posted and you also wouldn't pretend that Hadith isn't important in Islam.

The Hadith is part of the Sunnah of Islam which details the actions and deeds of muhammad. The koran explicitly tells muslims muhammad is the perfect example of human conduct so they have no choice but to follow his example.

That is why you're called a Sunni Muslim, because you, just like Boko Haram, ISIS, ISWAP, AL SHABAB etc are all followers of muhammad's Sunnah or example.

The only difference between you and Leah Sharibu's rapist is that you're deluding yourself that you're somehow a moderate muslim.

BluntBoy:

These are hadiths, not the Quran.

Many Muslims don't even believe in many of them.

Let me explain something to you. Hadiths are not special koranic revelation, rather they are claimed to be records of things that Muhammed said or assented to.

It is anyone's guess whether Muhammed really said so or not.

Politics / Re: Leah Sheribu Gives Birth To Baby Boy For Boko Haram Commander by TheOutlaw: 10:00am On Jan 26, 2020
The difference is that in the Judeo-Christian faith, while God distinguishes between unbelievers and believers, he doesn't ask the believers to persecute the unbelievers or rape their daughters or kill their men unlike the god of Islam.

BluntBoy:

Every religion (not just Islam) despises unbelievers.

Here is a verse in the Bible:

Do not be bound together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness? Or what harmony has Christ with Belial, or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever? (2 Corinthians 6:14-15)

In the above Bible verse, unbelievers are regarded as lawless and as darkness.

Here is another one:

"He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (John 3:18)

Here, unbelievers have been condemned already for not believing in the Sonship of Jesus Christ.

"Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for unless you believe that I am He, you will die in your sins." (John 8:24)

In the above verse, unbelievers are given only two options: Believe in Christ or die in sin.

"But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." (Revelation 21:cool

Here, the unbelievers are threatened with hell.

If you were a Muslim, you will be offended with these Bible verses just as Christians are offended withe the Quran verses that you quoted.

To the Muslim, you are an unbeliever. So, you either believe in Allah and His prophet or you die.

To a Christian, a Muslim is an unbeliever. So, either he believes in Jesus Christ as the Son of God or he dies.

Politics / Polygamy Causing Poverty, Backwardness In North, Says Emir Of Kano, Sanusi by TheOutlaw: 8:25am On Jan 26, 2020
The Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido, has warned that unless the people of the North change their culture, they will continue to be backward and poor.

The emir, according to a report by PUNCH, made the comment in Gusau, Zamfara State, on Friday while presenting a paper.

Sanusi was represented at the event by Dr Usman Bugaji.

According to the emir, the culture of marrying more than one wife by those who cannot even properly take care of one wife and producing many children was the main reason why the Northern region would continue to remain backward and poor.

He said, “There are people who cannot afford to feed one wife but are ready to marry three wives and have more children than they cannot feed, talk less of paying for their school fees.

“The poverty level of the North is 80 per cent; while in the South, the percentage is 20 per cent simply because of the culture of marrying many wives and producing many children who at the end are left on the streets to beg for what to eat.

“The issues we have today such as drug abuse, Boko Haram, banditry and unemployment would be nothing compared to what we will be dealing with in the next 20 or 30.”

Foreign Affairs / Saudi Arabia Announces Plans To Stop Funding Mosques Across The World by TheOutlaw: 7:50am On Jan 26, 2020
Former Saudi minister of justice, Mohammed Bin Abdul-Karim Issa, has announced that his country will stop funding mosques in foreign countries, Arabi21.com reported on Friday.

According to the Swiss newspaper, Le Matin Dimanche, Saudi Arabia is to establish local administrative councils for each mosque, in cooperation with the local authorities, in order to hand over these mosques to “secure hands”.

The minister added: “The time has come to hand over mosques to local administrative councils that represent Muslims in the area. The council should have an elected cleric.”

He disclosed that Saudi Arabia is to take the same measures with all the mosques all over the world, referring to “security reasons”.

It is worth noting that the minister led a delegation on Thursday to visit the Auschwitz camp on the 75th anniversary of its liberation. He honoured the Jewish victims of the Holocaust who perished during WWII.
