Uptill now, he has not appointed Chief of staff and Secretary to the government. Is going to a month now, no policy plan at all. He was silent on promotion payment or implementations. Civil service commission asking MDAs for lists of members due for promotion between now and 20th March. That they want to conduct promotion interviews. Something that should be automatic, after denying workers promotion for many years. They want to delay this whole thing again until when the new government enters, they'll cancel and start afresh.
