What are the implications of high-ing and low-ing a generator?

I have an SPG 4000E2. Used it to pump water this morning and high-end it so it can power the 1.5hp pump. I want to know if there are implications.

Also, the usual loads I use the gen for is just lighting, blending and device charging. The noise from the gen is quite high. I'm thinking it's because the load capacity is too low. What if I low the gen to reduce the noise and match with the small load capacity? What could be the worst case scenario?

This is a grim reflection that Nigeria's National grid power supply is nothing to write home about. Individuals, including you and I with our noisy generators and massive solar panels are now generating more than what's available for the entire nation via the national grid. most times this devices malfuntion as a result of prolong non servicing or interior cleaning so they require you disassemble them then do a thorogh and complete dusting off using a hand brush or air blower to remove accumulated dust that may have clogged in moveable parts like heat sink or hardware contact or connecting points etc.
After that you assemble or couple the entire system parts back in most cases the system will heave a sign of relief and return to normal performance. so do that if you can.

Please I've not used my HP folio for over a week. The folio was working smoothly on the last use. However, I tried powering it up 2 days ago, noticed the keyboard backlight keeps blinking. The screen doesn't come on. The keyboard light will keep blinking for over 30 mins till the fan will just start blowing noisily. What could be the issue? How do I fix it?


Some weeks ago Before this happened, it will suddenly go off and show blue screen diagnostics. But whenever I remove and reinstall the battery, it works just fine.



Update: I swapped the ram sticks. It powers on without keyboard light blinking. However, the screen doesn't come on. The capslock key blinks twice, and the fan starts blowing very noisily.

The problem I'm facing is that whenever I connect my Bluetooth devices, like my AirPods for example, the connection becomes incredibly unreliable as soon as I move away from the laptop. The sound starts breaking up, and if I don't stay almost right in front of the screen, the connection drops altogether. It's gotten to the point where I have to literally bend in front of the screen just to maintain a stable connection, which as you can imagine, is far from ideal.

I've tried various troubleshooting steps such as updating drivers, resetting the Bluetooth settings, and even reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers, but nothing seems to resolve the issue.
