The question I have asked all 'no penalty' gang but have not received an answer is why would Saka after beating Neuer choose to not score but to stick his leg for a penalty? What does he want to achieve? Why would he do that? Why cheat when you have an empty net?

Put this question the other way, why would Neuer not want to foul Saka after being beaten. Did Neuer try to avoid a contact by pulling back his leg?

Fair point. I believe when you look at the speed of play real time, it makes the elaborate cheating plan peeps are ascribing to Saka unrealistic.

The replays make it appear premeditated, but real time he cant devise all of that within one-fifth of a second. That's why Saka was really pained by the denial after the match. Not reflective behaviour of someone who intended to game the situation.

Regardless, Neuer's leg moving towards Saka at point of contact invalidates all of those sh1t.

Will you go and start from the beginning to see who is actually incoherent,?

He just agreed that he never read any of my messages, yet he insulted me ....

I was literally with his post and I wasn't against it. I insisted on my point when he thought I was against his.

And you coming at me without careful study of who's wrong makes you the ignorant one. You think asslicking naptu3 will make you his favourite?

He referred to the foreign airlines as "Someone" in his post but you construed it as Airpeace in your response and attacked on that basis. How does that show you aligned with his take?

If I see something bereft of sense, I call it out. If you call that arselicking, then you need serious help.

That guy did not read anything. He once came on my thread and started posting things that had nothing to do with the topic of the thread. The moderators had to ban him.

He didn't read or understand a word I wrote. He is not capable of understanding it. He only came to this thread to try and attack me and get my attention. That's his sole reason for being here.

He was obviously blinded by tribalism.

Probing the fare price is welcome idea....

But saying if the fares are below cost price, then they should stop is not intelligent at all....

This is what they should've looked into long ago, but because of corruption, they allow these people to hike the prices and be giving them kickbacks while Nigerians travelling pays through their teeth.

Air peace made it clear, they will render him useless and out of business, then they will increase it back, even more than it used to be

You're never intelligent for a time.

You learned absolutely nothing from 1985 to date.

Airpeace never charged below price. He started with a fair price. The foreign competitors felt intimidated.

If you've ever travelled out of Nigeria, you will understand the importance of having indigenous cargo flying through international routes with a fair price.

Naptu2 is actually saying they should probe the foreign airlines for allegedly using predatory pricing which is illegal to try to run Airpeace out of business. He is standing for Airpeace here. How you read the sensible piece the other way round is baffling! Yet you prance about on this thread with the ignorance.

But you won’t see them disrespecting mourinho despite winning 1 league title and zero ucl with one of the best Madrid squad in history

There is no way any Barca fan will respect mourinho if he fails to win a ucl with prime Ronaldo Ramos and co

Barca worst abeg ,even in trenches the fans still get pride grin

If Jose was still with Madrid you never can tell o.

If Xavi won UCL, la liga and is on course to win another liga this season like Don Carlo, no way our fans would have turned on him. But Madridistas still undermine Carlo's achievements and competence. Dont think Cules are as ungrateful as that.

A definite yes.. Except we are bringing in Pep, Flick, Klopp, or Enrique, I don't see who could have done any better with this Barcelona.

Fully aligned. For me, criticism of Xavi has been unduly excessive. Won La liga in his first full season. Even Pep didnt win with City in his first stint.

Barca and Madrid fans are the most impatient in all of Europe even when the teams are doing well.

I hope Xavi changes his mind.

RIP to him.
I used to listen to him on Nigeria Info.

Wow. This man kept me hooked to Nigeria Info whenever I'm driving with his intelligent fact based analysis about the Nigerian economic and political situation.

Mr Rotimi can analyze data like kilode. First time I heard him, he sounded like the most brilliant political analyst I'd heard on TV or Radio.

RIP to a great mind. Another unfortunate death but nevertheless a life well spent and to be celebrated.

I don't understand people's issue with Arsenal.

Nearly all of us including me agreed its wasn't a penalty.

I only brought news from football experts and co and all of a sudden our season is this and that.

Arsenal fans generally criticize their players more than other fan bases.

Pls take your complaint to your own club and mind your nose in our butter.

Lol, it was 100% a stonewall penalty. That was always my stance real time and even after I saw the replays.

Many did not pay attention to detail. Neuer's right leg was moving towards Saka at the time of contact and the contact was strong enough to halt Saka.

Those were the only two things that mattered in deciding a penalty. It doesn't matter whatever Saka's intentions were. Argentina got a similar penalty vs Croatia and there was no outrage.

I think Wrighty, Titi and many gunners were just trying to be politically correct. Replace Saka with Harry Kane and see whether it won't be given.

Glad the ref body cleared the air.

I don't think xavi is the best coach in the world, but I honestly hope he reconsiders and extends for atleast one more season given our financial situation owing to our ongoing projects.

Remember a new coach comes with fresh financial demands

But most importantly I want xavi to renew due to our developing youngsters

Cubarsi
Lamine Yamal
Pedri
Gavi
Blade
fermin Lopez etc

I rather we let these guys grow into world-beaters than pursue instant gratification (which isn't even guaranteed)

Make nobody joke with my boys oh..that nonsense that dembele do us yesterday, one of ours can never do such.

Make them beg xavi to reconsider and stay for one more season oh

We no get money for new coach for now.

Spot on. The team is gradually morphing into a formidable, exciting unit and Xavi is key. Wouldn't want another coach to come and disrupt the dynamics.

But from his statements to Henry and the Skysports team yesterday, it appears he's made up his mind to leave.

Henry really holds Xavi in high esteem. He told Xavi that he has the best footballing brain he's ever seen alongside Pep.

Is he saying some of our fans here cannot see well?

It’s not over until it’s over.
It’s just one goal advantage, we have bottled 3 goals advantage in the past.
Hopefully this time it’s different.
Xavi got his subs right, and at the right time too.

It will be. Historically, PSG is a more successful bottling company.

Dembele is an embarrassing player. Such an ingrate. Hopefully the fans gives him the uncomfortable welcome he deserves next week.

But the aim is to qualify to Semifinals

Sure, Dembele is only a distraction that will be handled by the fans. The players themselves know the importance of focus. We must manage that second leg well. Our player's mentality must be like we do not have any advantage.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by ThierryJay: 10:42pm On Apr 10
A pig head is definitely waiting for Dembele at the Montjuic next week, with the way he disrespected us with his celebration especially after the way Xavi was patient with him after all his injuries.

He will be booed back onto the treatment table. This idiot was the reason Barca did not win the 2019 UCL.

Raphina's MOTM performance today is better than his entire 6-year stint with us.

I want to give kudos to FDJ's performance which has almost gone unnoticed. Despite not being fully fit, he really helped us gain control of the midfield and had a calm head during transitions.

Lewandowski also won a lot of his duels surprisingly and was a real handful for PSG defenders. Very good performance.

I'm so relieved and happy with this news.

May God grant him full recovery.

Modified: It's been confirmed he gave up eventually. So unfortunate cry

But it's really annoying that instead of him to be taken to the hospital right away they took him to the mortuary first and then wasted precious hours to take him to the herbalist before eventually taking him for medical attention.

If he had been immediately taken to the Hospital he would probably have survived the ordeal.

The aim of the DM in my agenda was to come in, calm the game down, help in blocks and pure defensive actions but he did more than I asked for.

I'm very happy with my DM @Christensen!

I fully agree. He also saved us from a counter attack and potential equalizer by PSG in the dying moments.
