I never said share your problems with society, I mentioned Fathers, brothers and cycle of real niggaz, and I made it clear that they might not solve the problems for you but talking about it helps ease the burden... Kinda like a therapy session.

No reason to bottle up problems that can make you relapse or implode. I would share my problems with my dad, brother, or true friend. Just like you said, it may not completely solve the problem but it definitely helps.

I however will never take my problems to any woman. They will compound it for sure.

Even with my dad, elders and male folks, I would apply caution and know the limits to what I share.
