Akinwunmy: I have six cars on Uber currently. I can only speak from the of an investor yeah, I have no idea what the drivers pass through on a daily. However, I will tell you that the business has its challenges but it is still lucrative. You just have to be proactive when it comes to maintenance and also ensure you are saving for raining days. See below the cars available This is very impressive my brother. I have studied the business and have started noting the good sides and challenges. I believe every business on earth has these two dimensions. |

northbird: ROI for the rental mode on Uber/ Bolt is very poor.
With 500k, there are businesses that will return 75-85k monthly. That's an average of 15% monthly. Just with 500k.
Uber rent mode can't give you 15% monthly. You can take this analysis to the bank. That's the main reason Moove switched to Innoson, ROI Great insight bro. Can you share some of these businesses please? Thank you very much |

If you want me to sell the proceeds/product for you fine but if you need me to do waybill for you and you will sell it yourself.. Am not against crypto or bitcoin but let think outside the box. The future is also for business minded people. I said lease of agric palm plantation and not pledge. Let's talk via my WhatsApp number in my signature |

Food › Re: How Much Do You Spend On Food Daily by ThisisIkemefuna(m): 4:54pm On Oct 16, 2021 |
Come to think of it, food takes a huge chunk of my money per month and I am just newly married with no children yet oh. Na wa. I am thinking about married men with up to 2 children. I wonder what type of measure can save them in this period.
I spend approximately 2-3k daily for food and this is because "we" stock foodstuffs of about 20k monthly in the house. We make it a point of duty to expend 20k nothing more nothing less per month. But as it stands now it's looking like we will have to review this budget upward because that money can barely buy anything in the market any longer. Sometimes ago I started suspecting if my wife was playing me wayo but the day I went to the market myself with that same amount, I almost cried for her forgiveness. Chai... Budgeting these days is becoming more difficult for married folks. |

pocohantas: The menu is robust, so I can’t tell. Created a thread sometime on it and took it down, would have pointed you to it. However, I remember buying french fries and chicken wings @ 5k. Mocktail @ N2500.
Landmark is a whole lot cleaner and more organized. It also has lots of beach sports, bikes and all. Bless your heart |
Travel › Re: Moist Beach Club: I Visited The Most Beautiful Beach In Lagos - Video by ThisisIkemefuna(m): 4:34pm On Oct 15, 2021 |
pocohantas: Moist beach, Oniru.
It is really cool, right inside Oniru Beach. Ligali Ayorinde St, VI- the street behind Yesufu Abiodun Way (Four Point By Sheraton).
While Oniru main beach is playing “I am cumming. Are you cumming?”, Moist would be playing something serene.
So those cross-bag and ES 350 boys do not like entering Moist Beach. You’ll also see babes in bikini there.
Entry is free, but you have to buy something. Not cheap, but I won’t call it expensive.
Landmark should be the “most beautiful” if you ask me. Beautifully written. Do you care to say, if you have any idea that is, how much generally food, water and drinks cost there? Thanks. |

shogsman: Since I graduated over 8years ago I've only worked in a formal organization for 3weeks,I fired myself when my female boss started sending me silly errands like I was her boy boy,the painful part was that we were age mates, the pay was just 230k monthly, luckily for me they pay on the third week,I texted her as soon as I got alert, the text read ''SARAH WE'RE DONE". Since then I've ventured into different businesses, now I am my own boss. Can you share some profitable business ideas to invest in? |
